Cookies were basic. Honestly could’ve made better at home. Not worth the price. Probably won’t order from here again.

We've been wanting to try Insomnia Cookies for a while now. The timing was great a couple of days ago. Square Enix and Insomnia Cookies are doing a collab for the new Final Fantasy VII Rebirth video game. My daughter and I are huge fans of the Final Fantasy series. Ended up having an order delivered. The cookies arrived still warm. All of the flavors we tried were so good. The sugar cookies and snickerdoodle cookies were my favorite. The salted caramel was up there as well. They are open all night long if you need to fulfill your sweet tooth.

Love love love the cookies !!!! Don’t knock the vegan/ gluten free options they are some of my favs. Definitely just like normal cookies not like some other bakery’s that are like cake cookies. 1000000% should give them a try. The ice cream is great too! Only downside is that they are expensive!!!! Almost 30$ for a dozen cookies

This was my family's first Insomnia Cookies adventure...Really Great ice cream and cookies. I Liked the ice cream flavors even more just because they were new flavors. DreamWeaver is the one I chose, and Highly recommend :^)

The cookies overall are “just ok” however the limited edt. apple caramel was amazing. Disappointed by the Choco/PB chunk. It tasted and looked burnt however it was reasonably soft. Presentation of the cookies are lacking. I wouldn’t buy for a party or gift. For the price I would hope they would look less ordinary. They are served warm which is a big plus and it smelled wonderful walking inside. The atmosphere was clean but lackluster, not an “experience.” Of the 3 local cookie companies this is my least favorite on all points. I give it a 4 because of my burnt cookie. Otherwise, it was a satisfactory shop.

Great business idea but pillsburry cookies from the store are better… wish I saved my money.. extremely overpriced for what it is. Just another “trendy” business in swfl with a subpar product. I had a pick up order and I still waited in line for 35 minutes.
