i never go out of my way to leave a bad review, but this one is warranted. we waited for 10 minutes to get 2 smoothies. i was the only person who had ordered, so it wasn’t busy. there were 4 people staffed, but all of them just stood around & talked without doing anything. it was very frustrating to be waiting there forever, having been the only person who ordered, and watch people talk & goof around without even attempting to start my order. im leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the smoothies at least tasted good once we got them.

Love the drink and food options and they hire the BeSt employees in particular at the Maple Grove MN location—they are outstanding every single time.

The smoothies are good! Although they were out of strawberries when I went, which happens sometimes. I ordered a medium/regular and the girl working accidentally put my smoothie in the wrong size cup and just ended up giving me a small instead, after I had payed for a medium.

They did not take my jamba juice gift card.... this is the only jamba juice in my area.... this card has become worthless now and thats upsetting
