We usually love coming to this Jason’s deli, but today sucked. 1st my wife ordered her wrap with no Jalapeños and it came with them. Easy fix I know. My son also ordered blue chips with his meal and they gave him regular, when I asked/told the lady that was there she gave me the look of annoyance, turned around and asked another lady that was busy doing something else to help me. As I am sitting down and eating, the same lady that gave me the look of annoyance got on her phone in the middle of the food line while 2 managers were on either side of her. She then proceeded to put her phone away and scratch her armpits, grabbed gloves to put on, before she did she then goes and touches another managers nose. All while never washing her hands. That is disgusting. And I feel like everyone needs a reminder of cleanliness and washing of hands.

Always way better food and seriously better customer service than typical "fast food" places. This to me, even with a drive thru, is much closer to a regular restaurant. Staff is actually polite and helpful and not upset that they're there. And for the same price as Wendy's or McDonald's, there's no comparison.

We ate at Jason’s Deli yesterday afternoon, and we have to say this was the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, most efficient Jason’s Deli we’ve ever been to! It’s store #785 on Corporate Commerce Way, in Fort Meyers. The General Manager, Tim, is so friendly and the whole experience from placing our order to getting the food was the most efficient service we’ve received. The nice lady, Emilia, at the salad bar kept everything filled up and spotless. The salad bar was the cleanest and best one I’ve ever seen. All the workers at Jason’s were so friendly and smiling and very efficient getting our food to us. We are so impressed! We sure wish you had a Jason’s Deli closer to us here in Port Charlotte, but whenever we go to Fort Meyers, we’ll make a point to go to the Corporate Commerce Way restaurant. What a fantastic experience, and outstanding food and service by all. We can’t wait to go back!
