I have 2 jersey mikes closer to my home but I drive to this one. Much better subs here. They have perfected sweet tea

This place is disgusting the employees don't wash there hands and drop food on the floor just to laugh as they put it in your sandwich, Then they force employees to come in sick so they make your sandwich and get you sick.

I’ve been a costumer of this specific location for years and from a month to now it’s gone down hill. From missing drinks on my uber eats, to flies and dirt on my drink, and to top it off a missing sandwich. Don’t like to write bad reviews but the last time with my missing sandwich was the last straw. And then went to the location since I was already late to work and ate the cold sandwich that was brought that I also bought and was told that both sandwiches where put there and that “he”(was a women) the driver always comes in and is trust worthy. Yea the tape was there didn’t believe it was the driver but them forgetting. They went back and ask one guy if he made it, and I over heard him saying “oh shoot I don’t remember” something along those lines from the back then all come out as if it’s Waffle House to say no and that I was wrong and to pick it up to uber eats. Anyways never buying from here and taking my business to Lenny’s next door. The missing soda and it being dirty was ticking me off but the missing main sandwich and their reaction unacceptable

Update: After a month I've still not received my full refund, very disappointed.
Food was never delivered and keep getting the run around because they use a shitty third party for delivery and they keep blaming each other.

I ordered through Uber Eats and this is the second order in the last couple weeks where I ordered a cookie and did not receive the item. They don't seem to pay close enough attention to the online orders and get the food sent correctly.

Jersey Mike's in Fort Myers is a must-visit for cheesesteak lovers! The service was quick, and the staff was really on top of things. But what really stood out was how well Royal cooked and made our cheesesteaks. They were perfectly grilled, with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. You can tell Royal takes pride in their work! The restaurant was clean and inviting, making the whole experience even better. Jersey Mike's in Fort Myers is a standout for fresh, quality subs and exceptional service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and efficient. Lexi really made my visit special—she was patient, helpful with recommendations, and made sure my sandwich was perfect. The ingredients were fresh, the bread was soft, and the sandwich was stacked generously. The place was clean and had a great vibe. If you're looking for a top-notch sub with a smile, this Jersey Mike's is the spot!

Always a great sandwich

This was my first time here so this is my first impression of this dump.
1.) ROACHES (not 1…not 2…BUT 3) running around near the floor and the counter of the soda machine
2.) the senior aged lady who worked the counter when I was there Tuesday morning, had the most bitter attitude I’ve ever experienced
3.) there was the LONGEST piece of HAIR in my food and normally I don’t care about things like that but this thing was monstrous and almost made me throw up as I was pulling it out.

All in all, if you want some ROACHES and HAIR and BAD ATTITUDE to start your day, this is the place for you!!

It was my first time there and I loved it. Alex and Christian were so welcoming and had a great energy the entire time. I can now officially retire from pub subs and lock in with Jersey mikes. 10/10

This location is the best Jersey Mike's around. Everything is fresh, orders are correct and employees are friendly. Never disappoints.

25.00 for a sub drink and chips that is an expensive lunch I could have went to the Olive garden and had soup and salad for 10.99 unlimited would have been a lot cheaper and much more healthier the subs is good not for that price I could have a small steak at a restaurant and been served for that price lower your prices you are way too expensive for this economy
