First, I really like Jersey Mike’s subs, but I am extremely disappointed with the Jersey Mike’s at the Shops at Plantation Drive location. My wife was in line to place her order and I joined her. As we began to order, the person behind me attempted to place his order before I ordered. I let him know we were next to order and began placing my order. The person continued making snide comments directed toward us as I was trying to order. No one at Jersey Mike’s addressed his rude behavior. To diffuse the conflict, I turned around and asked the person to order ahead of us, but he refused. Then I was direct and told him to stop making rude comments. At that point, the employee taking my order confronted me rudely, when I attempted to explain, he rudely and aggressively interrupted me. We decided to leave immediately to avoid any further conflict and left without speaking again. However, the Jersey Mike’s employee continued to berate us as we were leaving. His parting words that he hollered across the store at us were “my name is Zachery and I’m the manager here.” We will not return to this location. The Jersey Mike’s on Cleveland Avenue provides better service and makes a better sub.

Best sub sandwich ever.Kid-friendliness: Employees were very attentive.
This jersey Mike's is great. Ms Shae is always on the ball and makes sandwiches so fast that it makes Jimmy scared.Her colorful hair is just as bright as she is.Some places will ask you to repeat your order as they go, she asks once and goes at it. 2-3 sandwiches, no problem.We order from there at least once a week and never had a sloppy, lazy assembled sandwich or had to wait.I ordered when I was walking out of Publix with my groceries and the guy said 20-25 min... I load up and pull across the parking lot and they were done 6 min later

Went two weeks ago ordered a sandwich with no onions or peppers. Got home with it. Completely covered with onions and peppers. I go back today order the same sandwich they make the same mistake again they have to remake it. I wait 25 minutes for my sub after five people came in behind me had come and left. I let them know that I'm not really happy, and all they do is stare at me and say OK, extremely disappointed in Jersey Mike's. The last thing I want to do is go into an establishment risk wasting my money due to getting a sandwich made incorrectly, and then to sit there for almost a half hour for a sub. Cannot say I'll be going back. It didn't seem like anyone cared.

Place has gone down hill big time ever since they got all these new people working. Today I went in to order extra meat and cheese on my sandwhich as I always do, and they informed me that they “dont do extra meat and cheese” …… what????

Jersey Mikes has become my go to for franchise sandwich shops. I visited this location last week for the first time. The service is consistent with all shops. Usually 2-3 people prepare your sandwich in front of your eyes. I like that deli meats are freshly sliced and not taken out of wax paper that could have been sliced days ago. My favorite here is their tuna sandwiches. I don't normally order tuna salad out except for a few places. Jersey Mikes tuna salad tastes fresh and I appreciate that they use white tuna versus light tuna. I also like that add diced celery and it's season perfectly and doesn't have that fishy taste that many places have. This particular store is located in a newer shopping center and has a feeling of nice clean place to sit and enjoy your sandwich in house.
Hands down best sub shop! Meats cut fresh, crispy bacon, and fast friendly service. A little on the costly side, but we'll worth it.

Stopped in to get subs for my son and I tonight. The subs were decent but the service was less than par. The first girl just stared at us with her pencil and paper, never greeted us or asked for our order. Weird. Then as I paid for my meal I noticed the screen asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Nope! With customer service that unpleasant I would never consider leaving a tip. Then a second girl, that was making our meal, handed me our food after if was wrapped and bagged, she just hands me a bag and walks away. I said "thank you." Still nothing. Just not friendly and rude. I wonder if these workers recognize the correlation between good service and a tip. I see that there are multiple reviews for bad, rude, and unfriendly service for this specific location. Someone needs to step up the expectations from their employees or they may not have any business in the future.
