Jersey Mike's Subs

It was our first time going to a Jersey Mikes and the employees were super friendly. We told them it was our first time and we went because of Bob Does Sports videos we've seen. They gave our son a free cookie for making the trip there.

Can only give three stars for atmosphere because I was in the drive-through. I got two sandwiches that evening and eat them over the course of a few days. Even a few days old, the sandwich was great.

I sent one of my employees there to get lunch, and when he got to the checkout one of the employees harassed my employee about a tip and because he was paying with company money he said he couldnt the employee insulted my business on top of they couldn't get the order right when we spend upwards of 70 dollars

Terrible. Ordered here 3 times and all orders were wrong - asked for WHEAT bread and every single time I was given white. Also, mikes way arrived unlike I ordered - get it right. Called the mgr who said he would refund my card, nope! Still didn’t follow through

Not even a scoop of chicken salad on here .. would go back but already had to once cause they gave me the wrong order the first time.. a sandwich of bread lettuce mayo and tomatoes .. a joke

Absolutely delightful experience here—between the customer service, friendly atmosphere, and delicious food, I left happy and well-fed. The staff was friendly, efficient, and actually seemed like they didn’t despise their job, which is always a win!

The only (very minor) hiccup? They didn’t ask if I wanted my gluten-free bread toasted, which they should have. But no worries—I took control of my destiny and toasted it myself at work. Crisis averted, sandwich saved.

Overall, highly recommend this location! Great food, great people, and just a genuinely pleasant place to grab a sub.

The chipotle steak for hot🥩 Italian for cold🥖 Always delicious and the nicest staff 🙌🩵 Shore points is a plus !!!!

One of the best in Jersey Mike’s in Fort Myers and around. Always clean, quick service with a smile. We frequently come to this location and the staff recognizes my daughter love of “cheese on the side!”

The people that make the sandwiches are very friendly. They're very efficient and fast.
I made an order for pickup instead of delivery and I was going to be ready for work and I went in there and told them and they made my food super fast!

Love Mike's way #3 sub and the military discount

This is the third time I've gotten a cold sub and it was a soggy mess.. I specifically asked for light oil.. which they gave me almost no oil but so much vinegar that the bread was a soggy mess in less than 10 minutes .
I suggest the location on Cleveland they doing much better job consistently great product from that store

I came by tonight and the sub were amazing they were so amazing tonight as well…I never had Jersey Mike before I tried it my first time and loved it…Thank you for making my night with the patience and speaking when I first came in…Keep up the good work…

Both gentlemen tonight were very friendly and made excellent subs. I always enjoy this location - tonight (6/30) 4 pm I took advantage of the buy one sub get one for 5 more bucks. It’s a nice deal, we get it here and there. Have dined in as well, it was a good time then.
