I absolutely love Jersey Mike's products but this location is needing some assistance in staffing and training.Parking: This location is in a shopping center with multiple other places that are closed after 6:00 p.m. yet at 7:30 p.m. you still cannot find parking. Why? All the businesses are closed. Maybe if there was more parking people wouldn't think this location is closed and the employees wouldn't be standing around, Chit-chatting and horse playing every time I come here?
Jersey Mike's is awesome! Great staff and food is excellent. Always fresh and delicious! I eat at jersey Mike's at least 4-5 times a month!

I have picked up carry-out 3 times in last 2 weeks. I am amazed at their efficiency, team work, cleanliness and quality. Our fav sandwich shop by far. Meats, cheese, bread and all toppings are consistently fresh. Service is outstanding.Parking: Right in front of the shop

I just wanted to take a moment to show my gratitude to the team that is working today. Overall this has been a great experience from the moment I step in the door. The team welcomed me when I walked in and I explained to them that I was about 40mins early for my mobile order. I didn’t realize I would be able to step away from work this early. I was hoping I could come in and order my meal that I already paid for. They simply asked for my name, and the gentleman cooking asked if I ordered “2 hot subs” I said yes, and he said “I got you boss” this was amazing bc I’ve been to other restaurants and if you order too soon, they won’t have it in their “system.” Overall well done. As a Door Dasher I hate coming to this location in particular because my order is never ready to pick up when I arrive… even though no one is in the building. They’re just playing around in the kitchen laughing. They start the food when I arrive which causes me to lose money and disappoint my customer. They need to hire a more professional crew.

I ordered my sub sandwich through grub hub for a 4:30 delivery. On the bag the receipt showed the sandwich was made at 2:38pm. I got a bunch of soggy mess. I’ve tried to call to speak to a manager but the line is always busy. I suggest you go elsewhere for your sub or definitely do not order early as the server doesn’t read the ticket. I order early at other places and have never had an issue. I’m handicapped and don’t drive so I am at the mercy of delivery which was on time.
So I've been a faithful 15 year customer at the Jersey Mike's on Summerlin Road in Fort Myers. My family and I ate there 2X per week! Had a horrible experience where the manager refused to answer any of my calls to order and refused me service! When I asked for the name and phone number of the owner, I was refused. When demanded my sub which was from my points, she refused and called 911! The officer who came saw that this was pure nonsense and told me that the mgr. Requested I be trespassed! I was so hurt and I cried about my treatment! Since I've been a faithful customer for so long, and never had an issue, the only thing that I can think of is discrimination for a reason. I have a current pending discrimination case with a local Attorney! She refused to give me her name as well! The sandwiches are delicious but the service is the Pitts! These people are clueless as to what the meaning of customer service! As I told the female manager, this not the end, only the beginning! How dare she! A person like this should be fired immediately! SHE SHOULD HAVE NEVER ALLOWED THIS TO ESCALATE THIS FAR WITH A LONG-TIME FAITHFUL PAYING CUSTOMER!!!

We usually love Jersey Mike's but tonight was terrible. The rolls were so hard they just crumbled. Hope the meat wasn't as old. The only reason we didn't take it back was because we live 1/2 hour away.

I love jersey mikes. It's a NYC deli style sandwich. Its a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and they are worth every penny. I am a rewards member and so should you. It doesn't cost you anything and you get points towards a free sandwich and you also get a free one on your birthday, really what is there not to like.

Been here several times. Sounds like from other reviewers it's either been great or terrible. For the most part we've had really positive experiences at this Jersey Mike's. 1 time they seemed overwhelmed and put our ticket after all the online tickets, which was odd, but most of the time being there in person takes priority. Staff tends to be young but friendly and capable. All have had great attitudes. Haven't had to wait in long lines despite going at meal time. Appreciate the GF bread option and love the freshness of these sandwiches! When we need a quick meal between school events, this is our go to spot.
