I showed up at 8:50pm and the sign says 9pm close. The workers said they were closed. Please update the website and signs on the door. Very displeased that I drove all the way here and got here on time. Horrible company and service

Daniel at this location racially profiled me. I was literally stand in line being 2 ladies that decided to place thier order near the cash register. Daniel came over & took the ladies order. In the process of this happening another lady came in, and skipped ahead. When Daniel was done taking the order of the ladies in front of me, he looked at me, then went over to the other lady & asked her for her order. I told him that I was in line before her & he replied the line starts here. I asked him for his name & walked out.

Vegetarian options: I get the veggie sub. Bread is so very fresh and subs always made to order. Nice selection of veggies.

Parking: Parking is hit or miss depending on what time of day you arrive.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience in a while. My girlfriend and I were the only customers in the store and had to repeat an order for a sandwich 4 times and once more to another employee. Still came out inaccurate. One modification, really? And the attitudes there geez. I didn't force you to apply.

I ordered a sandwich at 11:15 AM today specifically with no onions and peppers (onions make me sick). And what did I get - a sandwich with onions and peppers. I know this a day of giving but be careful what you're getting. When this store gets busy they don't know what they're doing. The guy who took my order was standing right behind the guy making the subs and still could not get it right. I will be interested to see if Jersey Mike's is really good and will make this right or is this just another sub shop who does not care a bit about its customers. CHECK YOUR SANDWICHES - WHO KNOWS WHAT'S IN THEM!!

A total ripoff. I’ve been eating at Jersey Mikes since the mid 1980s. You used to get a sub or half sub. A sub is a full roll that looks like a submarine. A half sub is cut in half. Now they sell a regular sub, which is a half for $10 and a giant for $17.99. What is a giant? That’s a regular sub. The prices are ridiculous. Much better sub, bread, meat, price at Tuscany, Tony’s or my favorite, Mario’s, for $8.99. I’ll never go back
