Gave us someone else's food and didn't get the extra tomatoes even though I said it 2 times. Hardly any avocado spread on the veggie sub. Staff were not very happy.

I love Jimmy Johns but I recommend only ordering take out/pick up from this location. The delivery situation is a mess. I've been ordering for years and it's a real coin toss whether they will actually have drivers. I really wish they would turn off the delivery option on mobile ordering if they don't have drivers it would save me a lot of hassle. Today they texted me and said they placed an order for me through Uber eats. I was fine with that until Uber never delivered. The driver would not respond. Jimmy John's told me I had to talk to Uber so I called Uber eats customer service who transferred me 3-4 times to people who would not help me bc the order had not in fact been placed through my own Uber eats account. I had to call Jimmy John's yet again and get a manager to help issue a refund. I will say the staff are always helpful and communicative, which I appreciate. Just stay away from delivery orders.

Buyer be warned!! Watch their total amount. A standard menu favorite should be $13.81. They will forget to hit the combo button and charge you $14.62 and lie to you and say the prices went up, like the manager Grace did. liars and a rip off. Watch for the big heavy set guy behind the register too, He will up charge you when you clearly say no, like adding cheese.Parking: limited

Daughter and friend ordered food and when arriving to store it was closed well before closing hours. 10 days later they still haven’t received their money back, nor do they seem to care. Customer Service says it’s up to the location owner. Hope the Eagle Nation finds another location and boycott this place.
Way overpriced $29 for 2 subs 2 chips and 2 small drinks, .89 for cheese, Subway Rules!

Why is it that every one that works at this Jimmy John's has a crap ass attitude? It's like they're all pissed at the world. I have been here several times, and the teens, especially, are complete ass hats. Seriously, if you hate your job, quit.

There was 3 employees working. It seemed as I was an inconvenience to the one that took my order. After the food was made they other two just set the food at the end of the counter and didn’t say anything. They make you get your own bag and napkins. I had to ask for mayo packets and the one employee seemed bothered that he had to get them for me. Not a great experience.
