NOT FREAKY FAST! First time I ordered I waited almost an hour for it to arrive and they are located 1 mile from me. I am now on my second time and it’s been a half hour and it doesn’t even say it’s out for delivery yet. They are known to be fast delivery drivers but obviously not at this location! I mean come on.. i am one mile Away!!

I usually take my lunch with me as it is usually the most convenient way, however on those special days where I get to "eat out" I always look for a Jimmy Johns, and I usually find one close by. They are fast, cheap and tasty. My favorite is the club Lulu, turkey, lettuce bacon and I customize with avocado and cucumber WOW!

Went in at lunchtime only one person eating. Never a good sign. The cashier appeared confused. I would ask for something on my sandwich which they didn’t have and she didn’t know. Ordered 2-#5 and one #9. Got 3 #9. Wrapper didn’t correspond to what I asked for. At pick up area he announced 3 sandwiches up. No bad nothing. Had two drinks two chips and 3 sandwiches to carry. I asked if he was going to put them in a bag and he pointed to the bags (which were his side of the counter) and said “bags are there and napkins next to them. Condiments next to napkins take what you want”. For the price to have to do self service is unacceptable. My first and last Jimmy Johns experience. Meat was good but Im going to Firehouse Subs from now on. Sad cause I live less than 5 minutes away from a different Jimmy Johns

Great place. Always friendly and fast. I have always ate there so never had any issues with delivery.
Walked in the girl behind the order desk walked off and another young man stepped up to take my order. Then the girl stood by the prep table flipping her hair. Got my sandwich and had to say thank you twice to the girl before she responded.

Skimpy on the meet and cheese on all 4 sandwiches. Haven't had a JJ sandwich in a while, so not sure if this is nationwide or just this store. Not worth the cost. Go to Subway.

Do you ever go somewhere and expect something and not getting what you expect? This just happened to me (us) at Jimmy John's. Today after a visit to the pool the three of us went there for a late lunch. I order the roast beef, and I'm sorry but the sub was just plan sad. If this was a "Big John", I would hate to be served a "Little" one. If I had my phone with me I would have took a picture of the sub so you can understand my frustration. Looking at the reception, it looks like we even paid more than we was supposed to....that does not make us feel better. Leaving the restaurant, the staff much have been on break and know one could be seen. Will we be back? I think you know the answer to that!

Did not enjoy my sandwich. I order a wrap looking at a picture on the menu screen. Saw flour wrap bread . When I paid for my sandwich. Sat down. I thought I ordered a roast beef wrap. It was just lettuce with roast beef, tomato, I was completely shocked. I went to counter, and said no bread ,okay but no cheese neither. And I paid 8.00 for lettuce and a thin piece of meat. With tomato and no cheese. Jimmy John. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT AGAIN IN YOUR SANDWICH SHOP. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER GREETED ME, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS FOR THE EXPERIENCE.
