Always wonderful service and food!

Rebecca was so nice and attentive, food was delicious.

Slow but not the server’s fault. She was alone to serve, seat and take payment. This is a management problem.
4 very loud and obnoxious girls at the next table and of course no management to tell them to take it down a notch.
Food is always good here. These other issues could limit my coming back.

Great omelettes and grits. I also enjoyed a bagel. Carmen is the best server!

Great spot to go with the family! Delicious food. Took a little while to get the food but we did go Father’s Day morning. Seating was fast and they kept us full on drinks and made sure we had everything we needed when food came out.

Brenda P was an excellent server! Food was good and fast. Inside temp was far too cold and the table surfaces are cold. Feedback on design would be that the floor layout sets the service too far back from the front dining room creating too many steps and the service wall could use a center opening to scoot down the center booths. The booths need more of a reclining angle. Consider building out some thin service stations for coffee service, water, condiments and utensils.

Food took over 40 minutes this time, Service was mediocre. It’s not the first time in this location that the food takes such a long time.

We have eaten here before and rated it then a 5, but today, Sunday, we were there at 7:30am, a not busy time. Seated promptly with menu. Then everything started to go wrong - cool coffee, long wait to order, food arrived cold. Ask for water and syrup for the waffle. Never received the water and my husband had to go ask another waitress for the syrup for his already cold waffle! My egg bowl was suppose to have onions, roasted peppers and mushrooms, but came with spinach instead mushrooms. We never saw our waitress again once the food was delivered. We had to go and ask for the bill, after a long wait time!. A couple in a booth near ours got up and left, leaving their menus at the door after waiting, waiting waiting! If this had been our first visit, I would never consider returning! Worst waitress ever!

I loved how hot the coffee was. The Belgian waffle was good. Southwestern omelet delicious . The side of salsa was not fresh. I would love it if they upgraded the silverware.

Keke's by far is one of the best places in Fort Myers for breakfast. You will not be disappointed. The food is always hot and amazing.
