Don't know this individuals name but hands down the worst customer service ever. On Feb 6th 2026 at 11:20am I went through the drive through which was empty i might add no one here from the time I ordered til the time I left started off with an i don't want to be here attitude as I ordered, when I pulled up to the window I asked for a simple change from Mash to the wedges forgetting that was partly the reason I came and tried to deny me a change because she already made the mash potatoes. I don't see why that would be an issue considering they don't mix the mash and gravy anymore then had an attitude slamming the window in my face after I insisted on the swap. Then rudely asked me to move in an empty drive through I may add while I was checking over my food because with that attitude I honestly don't trust any like that handling my food. I recommend if you dont like dealing with customer service you do something else instead.

This KFC needs to treat the Uber delivery customers just like the people who drive through their drive-thru or go inside and order. First come first serve. If I come topick up an order from North fort Myers and I have to wait 10 minutes for the order there's something wrong with that. I'm not making any money. Absolute crap

I bought 12 piece of hot wings. It taste horrible. The taste of the chicken wing seems like it’s cooked with old oil awful and it does not taste like hot wings stop selling it. It’s the worst hot wing I ever tasted.
