This KFC needs to treat the Uber delivery customers just like the people who drive through their drive-thru or go inside and order. First come first serve. If I come topick up an order from North fort Myers and I have to wait 10 minutes for the order there's something wrong with that. I'm not making any money. Absolute crap

Skimped on my wings they were old and dry got the new potato wedges over cooked old my dog wouldn't eat them and cole slaw was rancid worst meal I have had in a while this is probably my last meal at this location absolutely disgusting.

I bought 12 piece of hot wings. It taste horrible. The taste of the chicken wing seems like it’s cooked with old oil awful and it does not taste like hot wings stop selling it. It’s the worst hot wing I ever tasted.
So just ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered (2)-5pc. Tenders w/Fries w/Pepsi Zero w/ each. 1-1/2 gallon of Pepsi Zero 2 sides of Gravy
I received (2) 5 piece tenders w/fries and potato bites Orange as the drinks 1 Mac & Cheese 2 Chicken Sandwich 1 Cherry Poppers (Didn't receive 1/2 gallon Pepsi Zero)
And this deserves $15-20 an hour?

When I ordered my food at this KFC I explained to them that I had no issue in waiting and asked if they could cook my food fresh. Two managers was there A young lady was at the register and every last one of them kept trying to force me to take what they already had in the warmer. I repeatedly stated I don't mind waiting can I please have my food fresh and they repeatedly kept trying to make me take this chicken that was already in the warmer so I never got a chance to get my food because I walked out from frustration. This place has the worst customer service and every last one of them is Spanish.

Under staffed for large orders , staff tried their best. I waited for 45 minutes to just get half of my order and would not recommend this place. They also had no tenders. When I reached out to get a refund they only gave me half of the total back.

Ordered through door dash. Dash was awesome however once I got the food home (we live 30 miles away so I had it delivered to my office) I opened the bag and then the containers only to find one of the meals had literally no chicken strips in the order and of course you can't get through to the store. Absolutely disappointed in this location. The chicken is way over cooked.
