Went to this KFC on Palm Beach, place order online yesterday. Sunday we were the first customer, Terrible customer service are two sides was left out. Inside of restaurant was dirty and we were the first customer had to wait outside for them to unlock the door and when you call and complain no answer

The food was good. Staff was very friendly, with a big smile as she took my order. Which is always a great attribute to have in any business. Unfortunately, I forgot the lady's name that took care of me. The only complaint I have was that, that the table I needed to sit on was dirty with crumbs. So, I wiped it no biggie. They seemed to be busy at the time. I was starving, i had driven 2 hours to get to that town. So, happy I enjoyed my meal.

Messed up my order- charge me for a drink that was suppose to come with the 2pc combo. Gave me a thigh when I specifically requested 2 legs. Overall horrible experience. Will not return.

I didn’t go in. I went through the drive-through and although it took a while, the food was very fresh and hot. The only thing is, they forgot, my honey and butter when I specifically asked for it.
