Very bad experience with new employee DAKOTA she tried to claim we hid the corn that we never got in the car and she got my chicken order wrong after asking for a refund she refused and said she was calling the police for trespassing until her manager came out and gave us the refund will never be coming here again

Went through drive-through and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who took time to listen to my order and even suggest a combo meal that was a little bit more, but included an extra side. Very refreshing to have someone who actually pays attention and sounded like they were having a good day. Appeared to be the manager when I paid. Nice guy.

My order took 45 minutes to come out (it was supposed to take 15) and there was only one other customer in the store. When the food finally came out, it was cold and stale. Very disappointed, not coming here again.

Went through drive through Monday around 4. This KFC has completely redeemed itself. Respectful and patient team. Fresh food. Quick service. Grave wasn't scorched nor watered down. The man at the window answered questions with knowledge and without attitude.
I've been driving 45 min to get out of Fort Myers or even North Fort for good KFC but not anymore. @KFC, please pay well to keep whoever is in there.
