I ordered a four piece dinner and only got three pieces of chicken. When I called the restaurant, it sounded like a fax machine picked up. By reading the other reviews, it sounds like they short people food often.

Service is -1 ...manager canceled my online order despite me having my confirmation #... probably a scam and she'll eat it. Now I have no food and have to wait 2 days for a refund. Manager did nothing to help

Haven't been to a KFC in years, but im very glad I did .Fresh and delicious chicken. Staff is friendly and polite. Inside is very clean.
Every time I order here there is an issue. Something missing. App orders never ready. Tonight was a 45 min wait AFTER my order was supposed to be ready. The people were nice but this is getting old with that

When are your prices going back down?? Almost $50 for a family meal makes me less likely to visit...as does the removal of the buffet. You might also consider a new/additional location on Alico Road!
