Ice cream so good it's orgasmic!
So yummy and the staff A+! Pumpkin pie in waffle bowl with whipped cream and pumpkin spice!
His favorite place to come to after a near by playground
I was out skateboarding and went in to grab a drink, but I realized I left my wallet in the car. I went to put it back and the lady at the front told me to just take it. Very nice staff, definitely earned this review
We got timed play card and the cards don't work on the games. 75% that it works for it take 2 minutes to process and start the game . Then you have to wait few minutes to start next game so 1 hr will get you maybe 8 to 10 games. Not worth to do that. They couldn't refund us either or transfer card to the credit based. Very disappointing.
Great family friendly staff! Great ice cream!
Outstanding taffy apples!!!
Perfect company, very accommodating. My father is a senior living in fort Myer, Florida, I live in northwest indiana it's not so easy to order DoorDash at my age. However Gary in customer service works for this company is very kind, very professional, very knowledgeable and helped me order my items. I look forward to my father receiving them for an early Father's Day gift in fort. Myer, Florida, thank you.
We will be back... give this man a raise, what a wonderful employee. Thank you again, Dawn Meyers 💗

This shop is always clean and well organized. The display cases are neat and clearly labeled, and the smell of fudge when you walk in is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes visiting a nice experience. I’ve had a couple of issues with the caramel and chocolate-covered apples, as the fruit inside isn't always fresh. However, everything else I’ve tried has been great! The dark chocolate coconut clusters and chocolate covered strawberries are my favorites!
A visit to Kilwins in Gulf Coast Town Center is like stepping into a nostalgic sweet haven, where handcrafted ice cream, decadent chocolates, and old-fashioned charm collide.
The shop exudes warmth with its cheerful façade and the irresistible aroma of fresh waffle cones and melting chocolate . Glass cases display rows of fudge, caramel apples, and chocolate-dipped treats, creating a visual feast .
Staff are described as welcoming and patient, helping customers navigate the overwhelming choices (e.g., debating between Rocky Road and Moose Tracks) .
Conveniently situated in Gulf Coast Town Center, near shops like Bass Pro and restaurants like Connors Steak & Seafood .
Parking: Ample and free, though weekends can get busy
Seating: Limited indoor seating; most enjoy treats while strolling the mall .

This place is AMAZING but opening at 11 instead of 10am like the rest of the mall isnt cool besides my son was so upset due to this - would have been nice to walk around with ice cream to cool off...hopefully they change this for summer hours and then 11 for winter time.
The ice cream is Smooth and creamy. The waffle cone was light and crunchy. 🍦🍨
Pretty good ice cream! :) love eating the chocolate coconut flavor!
I’m hoping Mike is reopens on FMB, but for now we will drive 30 minutes to get it in Fort Myers. It’s worth it!!
