We are vacationing from out of town and recognized the Kilwin's name from other towns we've been in. My wife got a waffle cone with chocolate and pecans and two scoops of ice cream. Super tasty! Kilwin's did not disappoint!!

Every kilwins I've been to has always been clean, the people have always been friendly and I just cannot get enough of my chocolate peanut butter ice cream and a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. My family says I'm two messy to eat ice cream in a cone any longer..
It was better in a good better best, I think there's places nearby that are in the best category, but you won't go wrong here.

Love the place. Employees are great, they are friendly and have patience with customers that have several questions (seen it myself several times). Only thing is that certain locations have a few area with tables and chairs (Mercato Naples is one of them). In general, great place for a snack. Recommended.

Kind of expensive but good service and help. Went for ice cream ? and it was pretty good. They even let you try before you buy so you don't walk out with something you didn't like. Thank You to the staff!!!
