Koto Grill Sushi & Hibachi

The waitress was pleasant, the ambience lovely and the food was quite good. They only have the lunch specials during the weekday however and there seemed to be more variety with those options. Overall, it was a good dining experience however.

If you are willing to wait 45 minutes for your food this is the place for you. The server will even roll her eyes at you and avoid you.

DO NOT COME HERE if you want good food and food service. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen, and it took 28 minutes to arrive—even though the place was nearly empty. When it finally came, all the toppings were soaked and looked like they’d been sitting in the broth forever. I figured maybe the taste would make up for it: NOPE. The broth had a weird fishy flavor that didn’t belong in a pork-based ramen at all. The service was just as disappointing.

The sushi was wonderful however service was quite slow and the restaurant space is quite small. We asked to be moved from a table to a booth because we were sat next to another family but it felt like we were on top of them with how close the tables were. Please be warned THE RAMEN IS HORRIBLE. I only had about 6-8 bites and by the time I got home I was violently ill. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT order the ramen!!

Worst experience with a restaurant I've ever had.. the host seems to think we can't hear her talk about the customers behind the fabric door. Do not waist a night here.

We were not greeted at the door with a hello.
Waitress picked up menus walked off with no acknowledgment and threw 2 menus on the table and walked to the kitchen!

The food was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to visit again. I had a sashimi appetizer that was delicious. My son was very pleased with the Ramen bowl.
