I’ve had a lot of ramen all across the country. The bowl of tonkotsu ramen that I got here at Koto may have been the best bowl of ramen I’ve had so far. The noodles were the most flavorful noodles I’ve ever had, the pork was nice and savory and not too chewy, and I always love a good seasoned egg… it was to die for. I’m not a big fan of broth, but I ended up drinking as much of it as I could. We also got the gyoza appetizer, I loved how the dumplings just fell apart...

This sushi and sashimi spot offered friendly service and quick food delivery. I ordered the sashimi deluxe plate, which boasted a nice variety of fish with good-sized, well-plated cuts.
However, while visually appealing, the fish lacked distinct flavor. It wasn't bad, but it didn't taste particularly fresh, which is often a sign of less-than-ideal fish quality.

The food was great, but the service was terrible!
I had a waiter named Sunny, she never gave us a smile, she was kind of irritated if I ask her something from the menu that she wouldn’t understand Because I assume English, it’s not her first language. Sometimes person can kill a great place! I think to serve people you have to like it or make it look like you do.
And it’s not like she was tired I’ve been the only person in the whole restaurant!
