Ordered the steak fried rice 2 for 1 online special. I noticed the price was a bit higher than the normal menu but OK it was 2 for 1. Here's the problem. There was about 1 tablespoon of shredded steak in each box of rice, no vegetables and just a hint of fried egg. Of course, it wasn't until I got home that I noticed it. I've eaten there before and it was pretty good but I think this was an intentional ripoff. That was the most expensive rice I've ever seen.

Hibachi for birthday dinner with family. There were 12 of us. Very good for the exception of the host/hostess.

Food was ok, vegetable tempura & soba quite tasty. Shrimp tempura well prepared, but poor quality shrimp (mushy with little flavor). Service decent if a bit perfunctory.

Very disappointed in the lack of integrity displayed by the manager. The bill comes with a “charge” at the bottom. Turns out it was an automatic gratuity. Then the CC receipt comes with a recommended “tip” of 18, 25 or 30% … & it is calculated including the taxes AND the automatic gratuity!! For those unaware, you should know that management sets those recommendations themselves , not the CC companies.

When pointed out to the manager, his response was that the servers are responsible for making sure everyone understands. He simply evaded the issue of the intentional deception.

I WILL NOT BE BACK & RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS RESTAURANT DUE TO THEIR DISHONESTY.

This location was not clean at all. The floors were sticky, and the servers were far from professional. I’m giving it two stars only because the chef was nice and funny, but unfortunately the food itself was not good. I have came before and loved it. Now It feels like it has degraded over the years with no real maintenance or cleaning. I won’t even go into detail about how gross the bathrooms were and just thinking about the kitchen conditions made my stomach turn. I couldn’t even eat. Definitely not worth the price given the state of the place. Not good at all, and I would not recommend it.

As I was using the restroom, one of the employees came to do the same. I washed and dried mine. As I was wrapping up, he finished and left. WITHOUT. WASHING. HIS. HANDS 🤢🤮😱

Beside the service being very friendly, nothing else do that except On cleanliness tables Not wiped down properly Just the whole atmosphere it’s outdated needs a revamp… And the food mediocre the best🤪 and overpriced for a party of four spending $181.00 Needless to say that it’s not acceptable

I just ordered the Kani salad which I've ordered many times and it's never been like this, so I called and was told I'm wrong. Clearly I don't know what I've eating. Anyone see a cucumber in here. This is totally different than what I've received before but I guess I'm crazy
