La Hidrocálida Food Truck

This is by far the best Mexican food I’ve had in southwest Florida And I’ve been to over 14 different cities in Mexico. The authenticity and the FLAVOR, the portions, truthfully never tried anything and wasn’t blown away by the flavor and freshness of the food. This is something I get once a week because it’s just that good.

I should have known when the person didn't speak any english. I ordered elote and it said it was $9 but she charged me 12 plus tax. She couldn't make change because the register wouldn't open so she kept my change. The corn on the cob was absolutely horrible, it had no taste and was so hard that I would have assumed it was for deer. I spoke with the owner and she apologized about everything and told me to go back and get my money back. When I got there it took the girl another 10 minutes because she made a phone call and complained. We love food trucks but we will never go here again. It was not very clean and when I went to leave she was dumping a bucket of white liquid in the grass

Took her time on every meal she made but it was worth it! Birria tacos were AMAZING, I usually don't write reviews but the lady who was working yesterday around 7 pm killed it!

Paid 45$ for 2 burritos and 4 tacos which I thought was a good amount to pay was ignored when I got there rude looks from those working and just overall poor service and found hair in the food which was the icing on the cake for me I did the math and 45$ makes no sense usually tip very well but did not leave one as I’m pretty sure they took their own. Lol much better food trucks to go to

The meat seemed a bit tough and not juicy enough, otherwise not bad: good price, not greedy on ingredients.

I do not recommend eating there since they take a long time, when I arrived there was a couple waiting for a long time and it took about 25 minutes until their order of some simple gorditas arrived. I imagine they were waiting for an hour and also the girl who was serving inside told you go but they don't serve you or ask you what you want, I decided to order three tacos and a burrito and it took almost an hour too, the tacos were more bait than meat and I didn't like them and the burrito was more or less good but between those two things, a soft drink and three three waters, they charged me 40 dollars and I owed two dollars because they didn't have change, so I had to buy another bottle of water to give them whole bills and apart from that there is no waiter or anything to serve you or at least keep the place clean since the three tables they have were very dirty and there were no napkins and they don't even have a bathroom to use, better go to a restaurant and as the saying goes, whoever has a store will serve it or else No let him sell it

35 minutes waiting for my order of churros, and how badly those women who are there treat you makes the place a disaster, they don't even greet you and look at you with hatred. What's wrong with people? Don't you see what your employees are like? The place is a disaster. A shame because before it was one of the best strollers. I don't recommend it

I ordered some asada tacos and they gave me some ground beef tacos and dogs for 3 dollars a
On the other side there is another food truck, the tacos are delicious and less than three dollars and it took about an hour to make 11 tacos.
