When we first walked in, we were impressed with the large, very elegant dining space. I was a little concerned that it was going be expensive. Then we looked at the menu that had no prices listed. From my past experiences with any sort of dining or shopping, that usually means if you ask, you'll get a snooty reply with an attitude that means, "If you have to ask..."When we got our check, my wife and i each made a guess. Hers was $98, mine was $110. Much to our glee, it was $58! Great value, food, service, and nice atmosphere with a musical duo starting at 6. Wish we could've stayed longer than we did. I highly recommend this outstanding restaurant! I can't wait to try their first location on the beach.

Upbeat & Beautiful Decor for a Local Area RestaurantChose to eat here because it was on the SWFL eats.Relatively new restaurant.Experience and attempt to eat dinner #1,did not accept SwFL eats discount code and had to wait 1 week for physical gift cards.Experience and attempt to eat dinner #2,Local Rotary Club event was taking place, I was told non members were going to be seated outside. Wow, in the humid heat, no thank you.Experience and attempt to eat dinner #3,Place was packed, so I figured great the food would be awesome. The menu changed and lobster roll went from $22 to$ 25 and no Caesar salad but instead fries.But the best part was it was so packed I had to sit outside, which I was willing to endure BUT my server showed up after 20 minutes.So once again I left.Spend your hard earned money elsewhereI will be returning the giftcards for a full refund.

Such a fun night with a new band Maize playing. Make sure to check them out! Monday and Saturday for only a few weeks do I heard. We have loved the food and ambiance before but this band made it perfect. And Raymond behind the bar was great. Can’t wait to go back next Monday!

This was our 2nd visit. The GF and I went there for Valentine's Day. We listened to the live performer which was very enjoyable. We are the tuna tower, which was both impressive and delicious. We had a few beers and cocktails. Or server, Lindsey K was very friendly and attentive. She even accommodated an off-menu request we made. It's walking distance from the movie theater. What a fun surprise tonight. After dinner we stopped in and loved the band Maize. Had a few drinks and thoroughly enjoyed the music and ambiance. Raymond behind the bar was awesome. Highly recommend.

We recently visited the beach nearby with my daughters in tow. Unfortunately, my youngest’s legs were really irritated by the sea salt and she started screaming/crying. We hustled over to La Ola and luckily one of the bartenders (I believe it was the manager Melissa) was quick to help us out. She gave us a couple bottles of water and a clean towel to wipe her legs down and, seeing what distress she was in, she also gifted her some putty/slime to play with to distract her. She checked on us several times, and even brought aloe and her own lotion over (which she also insisted we keep). This was a very busy Saturday there, and most people wouldn’t want to be dealing with crying kids especially when we weren’t even dine-in customers, but she went the extra mile to help us and that’s the kind of place I want to support time and time again. Can’t wait to get back there and actually sit and enjoy it, maybe kid-free, sometime soon!

Food and prices were outstanding. The GM Dave was incredible. He was so personal and really cares about the restaurant and customers being happy. The quesadilla was probably the best one I've ever eaten, I have had a lot of them in my life. The guacamole was to die for! Thank you for the great lunch, we are looking forward to going back for dinner and to watch a band play

Drinks were delicious and came out quick! The server was attentive and happy ? The Manager David came around checking on tables making sure that everyone was happy ? the food was out before we finished our first drink and everything was absolutely delicious ? the live music was a one man band Da Breeze and he was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was lively and fun and we cannot wait to come back here again!!

Food is not good. Don’t get steak taco. The meat is really tough and it’s not edible. Other restaurants were packed with people, but not La Ola. The host or wait staff told us to sit wherever we liked. I should have known better not to eat here.
