This place is honestly a hidden gem. It doesn’t look super fancy when you walk in—kinda small and low-key—but don’t let that fool you. The food is insane. Everything is tapas-style, so smaller portions, but every single dish was packed with flavor and just really well done. Liberty was our very best restaurant experience in Ft Myers. The small plates were truly small and not supersized like many tapas-oriented places today. The wine list was interesting; the food absolutely perfect. The vibe is very casual. The menu changes often but I recommend the gnocchi and the bulgogi tacos - but everything thing was unique and delicious. So happy to have found this gem!
This little restaurant is beyond a five star restaurant. I wish I could leave more stars! The staff is absolutely amazing. We have eaten at Michelin star restaurants in Dubai and they do not even compare to the quality of food here. I didn’t even want to leave a review because I want this place to stay a hidden gem!
