List Distillery - Mr. Tom's Spirits

What a great Distillery. Unfortunately there was not staff available for us to take the tour. But there is an amazing assortment of spirits distilled there. Vodka, gins, rums, and bourbons. The tastings we had were wonderful. Great price points on the products, and many are available in different sizes as well. Can't wait to return, and hopefully take in the tour next time.

Marcel provided an exceptional tour experience at the distillery. His knowledge and enthusiasm were evident throughout, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. The tastings he offered were not only delicious but also generously portioned, allowing us to fully appreciate the flavors of the spirits. Marcel's passion for the craft shone through, and we left with a deeper appreciation for the distillery and its products. Highly recommended! Gotta try the King!!

After boasting of the customer service and product line at Tom list, I was left embarrassed and disappointed. The first several times visiting it was wonderful, however on Feb 26, 2024 we were left with a bad taste in our mouth. When we asked for a sample, we were so disappointed at the mere "drop" sample which was barely enough to taste. Note each time I visit I bring others with and we buy several bottles and some additional merchandise. Our latest visit with some friends was nothing short of disappointing. The younger bearded male salesmen was dismissive before we even asked about your product line. He never offered any additional suggestions and acted annoyed as if we kept him from something or because we asked for a taste test. Note, again in past visits, I purchased cases of Campfire, and those I brought in the store also made purchases.In past visits, we had a female representative serve us and she made multiple sales. If I wasn't heading back to Wisconsin I would have walked out without merchandise or alcohol. This employee needs customer service training.

This review is solely for the staff or owners as the products are wonderful. Have done tastings for the past few years and bought multiple bottles but never able to get a tour as the place was always packed. Went in on a rainy Tuesday 1/16/24 around 10:30, the place was empty, but yet my wife was told by the two people reading books at the front desk that maybe they could fit us in Wednesday afternoon if we try back. Not only will I not try back, but I guess I will have to go without their Key Lime Pie Rum too, as I will not buy another bottle of their products. As a business owner myself, I know how important customer service is. Without it, even a good product falls flat. I'll just be buying more Rumshine from Wicked Dolphin in Cape Coral from now on.

Products are out of this world! Highly recommend the Butterscotch Bourbon! Small batches really do make all the difference! 10/10!

Stopped in for a quick tasting, and unfortunately was not able to make in on the full $10 tour, although they did allow us to sample a few products. Enjoyed the Apple Pie Rum, liqueur products and butterscotch bourbon the most. Super small but worth the stop in regardless

Had a wide variety of things to try and several sample boxes that you could take home. Very good!

Hands down the smoothest Vodka on the market. In fact, every spirit we've tried here has been awesome! Take the tour and sample a bunch, it's a great experience.

Because they are SHHHOOOGER free! I hate that commercial!
