Went in today just to buy gift cards for a friend. Staff was kind but did not know how to help me with this. The place was empty on a Saturday, but it was 1pm, so maybe the lunch crowd had left already? Will write a detailed review after dining here.

Food was horrible. We came on a Tuesday afternoon and the place was empty. It took almost an hour to get food. Once food arrived, it was all wrong. Burger was suppose to be medium and was well done. The chicken tenders were not even chicken, just some scrap pieces of breading. The steak pasta was suppose to be medium rare and it was well done and chewy. My grandson asked for no mushroom and it was covered in mushroom. 2 of us ordered the daily special that was $11.99. It states it comes with drink, salad, entree with one side, and endless bread. When waitress came with food I asked where the side was and she states that I didn’t tell her. We figured with a hamburger and chicken tenders, the designated side would be fries. I guess we don’t get the food we pay for. Terrible experience! The only good thing was the rolls.

I have to say i was very disappointed. To begin the greeter did not seem too pleased to see us. The wait staff was ok. The waiter seems new but he was helpful. As for the food... I will have to say that as a grown man, I felt like the entree was made for children. The steak was Small and I only received 4 and half broccoli florets. (PLEASE SEE PHOTO) Not a good experience at all.

I don't know where to start. My wife and I got there and were seated right away. That was the best part of our experience. The restaurant was not busy as far as we could tell, plentiful empty seat. It took 20 minutes for our server to great us and take our front order. She brought our rolls a few minutes later but took 20 minutes to get our drinks. It took us time to decide what we wanted. When we did, we couldn't find our server. When she did show up, we ordered our food and an appetizer, and i ordered a beer. The appetizer can out quickly, but I waited 30 minutes for our food. I got the porterhouse which loaded mashed potatoes and a Cesar salad, the steak was terrible the only thing that saved it was the onions, my salad did not come for a nother 10 minutes and had little to no dressing on it and the potatoes where awful. My wife got the shrimp staked salmon with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The shrimp was ok, the salmon was delicious but her side was terrible. I also did not get my beer until I was halfway done with my steak because we could not find our server. When we finally went to pay, she took our card and had to track her down to get it back. Needless to say, we will not be going back, which is a sham because I waited so long to try so I could replace the outback steak house.

I had a great experience at Logan’s Roadhouse! The food was absolutely amazing — full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere of the place was just as impressive: welcoming, clean, and with a great vibe that made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommended!
It was nice and quiet tonight. We had excellent food but the service needed some work. We had a couple of slight issues but the manager was right there to fix everything. From then on we had great service.

I don’t understand the bad reviews at all! We were down here from Tampa for my son’s game at Canterbury School and decided last minute to stop there. We had the cedar plank salmon & mushroom & Swiss burger. They were both delicious. We didn’t have a lot of time, the waiter was great! Friendly and got our food out quickly. The restaurant was super clean, bathroom was very clean. Would definitely recommend and come back!
