What an absolute disappointment to receive a raw steak. This isn’t medium cooked. I mean how is this even acceptable let alone tolerable? Manager was kind about this but it ruined my appetite let alone my health.

My husband and I never ate here before & we must say that the food, ambiance, and service was excellent not wait time to be seated, the server, Viviana was friendly, very attentive & just superb. The food was phenomenal… juicy, tasty & cooked to perfection. We’re saving this restaurant for another visit.

Staying in the Ft. Myers area, was looking for a reasonably priced steak dinner. Logan's was just the place I was looking for. Clean, pleasant staff and priced right. Unfortunately, it wasn't entirely trouble free. I ordered the bacon on a stick for an appy, and 20 min later the manager came to the table to apologize for not having that plate available. There wasn't another appy we wanted so the manager offered a free dessert.
I ordered the 22 oz porterhouse with garlic butter, my guest ordered the NY Strip (w/garlic butter). The garlic butter is an added price.
20 min later, the waitress said she was waiting for the strip, but the porterhouse was done. This steak is huge and thin, so by the time it came out - the steak was bordeline cold and all the butter was melted. The strip came out with a large ball of garlic butter. The cook was dead-on however. Med-rare on the PH and medium on the strip. The fries were good, but again - tepid at best. The saving grace was the server. Super nice and overly apologetic, she constantly was checking in during all the downtime so we certainly not forgotten out front though the back of the house certainly was in disarray. The hot brownie desert was delicious too. I'd go back. At least once more. That can't happen again, right? Right?

I don’t plan to return anytime soon. The service was poor, staff were joking around while the kitchen seemed overwhelmed even though the restaurant wasn’t full, and patrons were clearly getting impatient. The front of house, host appeared to be run by teenagers who didn’t seem motivated to take the job seriously. As for the meal, I didn’t enjoy it. Texas Roadhouse is worth the extra 10-minute drive. I hope things improve, but between the service and the food, I won’t be going back and don’t recommend it. Overall, I feel bad I spent my money there.

New Year's Eve dinner there... the wait staff was exemplary, the place was cute and clean. Steaks were all right, but the chef was a bit heavy handed with the salt. They don't use real butter with the rolls, and the product they offered was kind of gross, but the rolls were very good! We both brought most of our steaks home with us, and I used them to make a dynamite omelet on New Year's morning. Didn't need to add any salt, at least, LOL.

Comfortable indoor seating and ambiance. Food had excellent flavor with abundant portions at reasonable prices.
Nice place. Not too crowded at 4pm. The only criticism is that they do not give you enough time to enjoy your salad before they bring the main course. On the other hand, if my other side was not a salad I would be fine.

Happened upon this place while out in Ft. Myers. Place wasn’t busy. Service was good and prompt, food was delicious. I had a huge deluxe burger and my wife had the sirloin and sweet potato. Both had great flavor, portions were impressive as well. The bread was soft with good flavor and the potato skins were on point. Very satisfied with this Friday night date spot!

Avoid this place at all cost!!!! McDonald's gives better service. My last two visits were the same. Took 30 minutes after being seated to get drinks and order. 60 minutes after ordering the waitress says she gave my order another table. And that she's putting it in again. There w a s no offer to comp anything. This happened twice in a row. Must be common practice. I went down the street to the local dinner was served there steak, ordered, and ate in 30 minutes. NEVER AGAIN.
