Stopped by at 7 pm to get some Long John Silvers. I was told that side of the store was already closed. At 7pm....who closes a fast food restaurant at 7pm?

The food was of varying temperatures. The fountain machine wasn't mixed properly, some drinks were completely disgusting. Service was poor; man taking our order didn't speak.

Wow, I am speechless. Just came in at 5:30 pm on Wednesday evening, and ordered dinner off the Long John Silvers menu - chicken planks and shrimp. Was waiting about 5 mins for my food and they placed a bag on the counter. I did not see it or hear them call my order so I did not realize that was my food. About 2 minutes later the manager came by and asked if I was waiting on an order. I said yes and he said, “apologies but that was your order on the counter - but please give me 5 minutes because that food was not fresh made and I want to get you fresh food”. I waited 5 mins and he brought out fresh food. He said “sorry for the wait but I didn’t want to do you like that, this food was just made”.I cannot remember the last time a fast food manager demonstrated that level of care for me as a customer. I’m not sure it’s ever happened. Kudos to this manager, I did t get his name and wish I had. He really gets it.

-The kiosk appeared to only be for Taco Bell, so it was useless. There was no person to take orders. A gentleman (very nice) who was making food had to come out to take orders, so it was a long time before he could come out.-The whole seating area was disgusting and dirty. No staff cleaned tables.-Food was half cooked and no flavor.It's really too bad. Long John Silvers was always a great treat when I was younger.

The management and people are very rude and dismissive. They do not honor coupons and menu is very limited and expensive the food was terrible and owners and managers don't care what you think. I would definitely stay away from this location. Long John silvers used to be the best now they can't even come close to McDonald's fish sandwichs

Out of LJS!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! There's a taco bell everywhere!! If I wanted that I could've stayed in the Cape!!! Ridiculous!!! Get it together!!!Tried again! No LJS after 6pm?? Yall are kidding me now! What's the point of a duel restaurant?!?!

Super friendly staff, but the food. We ordered the 8pc meal 1/2 fish 1/2 chicken.8 hushpuppies and your choice of two family sized sides plus we ordered 2 add on fish and planks. The side offering was a joke the choices were coleslaw, French fries or hushpuppies... um yeah so there's no choice.Oh how the mighty have fallen.The fish was so small and thin about the thickness of a McDonald's quarter pounder and the size of a regular hamburger, the chicken planks the same. The batter was so salty we had to peel it off to make it edible.The family size portion of fries ...lol was equivalent to a small to medium size frie order at BK, McDonald's. The best part of the whole meal was the coleslaw.

I go in this store at 8:53 p.m. I'm going for the Long John Silver's that has a closing time of 10:00 p.m.. it even says it on the door. When I order my food the young lady lets me know that Long John Silver's close at 8:00. Where does it say that?Imagine driving almost an hour because you're looking forward to this place that you haven't had since you left Georgia. Knowing that you got almost an hour before it closes you're in good time right?! Only to be told that they closed 2 hours early??
