Just had a party of 22 there for my husband's birthday dinner our waiter Julio was amazing. Food was good and staff was awesome

What a pity about the service, I would have gone to eat at Texas Road House if they didn't serve me the food in 30 minutes. At least kindly let me understand and I hope that this review is only for the record, I hope it wasn't for racial purposes because this restaurant is perhaps turning into a circus.

This longhorn is one of the best around. However, some servers do not seem friendly or attentive to their clients.

We stopped in for a quick lunch at the LongHorn Steakhouse Ft Myers location before heading to the RSW airport. Not only did we receive extremely quick service, our steaks were cooked to perfection! The medium rare Ribeye was tender and juicy. Many options for sides. The asparagus was fresh and the loaded baked potato was exactly that!

Absolutely disappointed with the TOGO food we just picked up on 2/7/25.

We ordered the same exact thing as last week and the meal was completely not the same.. The brussels sprouts container was almost empty, keep in mind it is a "premium" side that I paid an additional fee for. The 7 peppercorn steak had half the steak missing.

I spoke to Sarah the Manager on duty and look forward to a refund or another shot at the same meal when we come back. I am very disappointed.

Food was GREAT! My Outlaw Ribeye was AMAZING! My baked Sweet Potato was perfect! My Caesar Salad was wonderful! We also ordered to Texas Tonions. They were FANTASTIC! Our server was great .

We had a large group (20-22ppl) show up for our church’s Christmas luncheon on one of the busiest days of the week…SUNDAY!🥰 Our server was absolutely amazing. I believe his name Julio. Not only was he taking care of our group but this server was still assigned other tables outside of our party. Julio kept his calm and got the job done. From drink orders, to apps, main courses… he did not miss a beat. The only hiccups I was aware of was my salmon not being cooked completely (which I did not mention to Julio) and there were a couple of orders that were put in that were not fulfilled (missing side dishes) and these were mentioned. It was an overall great experience and I personally believe the only thing that would have made it more enjoyable is perhaps having more servers working that shift if possible. It’s a big restaurant and lots of people flock there. It was just a busy day and everyone did their best! Thank s to all of the servers, hostesses, and BOH staff that made our luncheon possible.

Fantastic service, very professional and punctual. Never once did we feel un welcomed or unappreciated.
When we return and we always do return to this location I only hope we can enjoy his service again. God Bless and Thank You for a great evening for our family night out!
