This place is the most stingy uptight ice cream shop I have ever been to. I came here with my family and we all got the small little cups(6 of us) and I couldn’t decide between two flavors and I’m not huge on ice cream anyways so I wanted half a scoop of one flavor and half a scoop of another (.5+.5= 1 scoop) I asked and they very rudely told me NO, meanwhile the rest of my party got the same thing but all one flavor and TWO regular scoops in the same size cup, same price. It makes no sense, we will never come back and neither will anyone else I know ? It was ridiculous honestly and makes no sense. Im more than happy to pay extra but I just wanted a very small amount of ice cream but 2 flavors meanwhile they literally forced my aunt who asked for 1 scoop and they told her “no you have to get the regular amount (2.)” The younger blond girl was very nice but the older blond lady was really uptight.

A somewhat strange ice cream shop, the prices and the proportions don't seem fair to me, it needs a bit of lighting and the day we went there weren't many flavor options. I would give it a 5/10, maybe I can go to another location of theirs, which will surely be better.

Last night my husband and I went to Loveboat downtown. The staff was SO accommodating to our needs. Super helpful AND OH MY GOODNESS, the key lime pie ice cream is DEVINE. Best Homemade Ice Cream shop in Downtown Fort Myers!! Such a great place to enjoy outside in pedestrian area with all types of restaurants & bars within walking distance. Great value for amount of ice cream received!
Walked in at 9:57pm and I was told they are closed. Google hours say they are open till 10pm. Please update hours if you are refusing service before 10pm.

First time at this location but I’ve been eating Loveboat ice cream for 40 years when visiting family here. Their chocolate peanut butter ice cream is the best I’ve ever had. Also tried their coffee Oreo this time which was amazing.
