I’m not crazy for ice cream usually, but WOAHHHHHH I saw they had a red velvet flavor and went for it. It’s fresh and homemade. So many unique flavors. The staff is so friendly. Prices are super reasonable. The place is super clean. 10/10 easy recommendation

My family got ice cream this evening and on our way out I went to use the bathroom, as an over 40 mom, I had to go pretty bad and didn't look to check out the toilet paper situation. It was out as was the paper towel dispenser, I called to my daughter to fetch a napkin and unlocked the door assuming she'd be right back, the next thing I saw was a man and his daughter who of course were shocked to see me. My fault for unlocking the door too soon, but for the cost of the ice cream and how not busy the store was, someone dropped the ball in maintaining basic bathroom requirements. Very embarrassing for all involved. Please do better for future patrons.

Me and my family went to art walk downtown this past Saturday and it was humid and the streets was packed we decided to get some ice cream.there was a huge line but we decided to wait because the two girls where so nice and working very hard to take care of everyone. Tania was one of the girls names I did e get the other but they both deserve a raise because they has that place like true bosses.no one complained everyone was patient and she got all of our orders right and we was a party of 6 and I just had to share my experience

This is a must. If you're in the downtown area, their ice cream is famous! They have signature books for every state and a great variety of ice cream that is delicious!

Ice cream is excellent and always delicious but I am disappointed in the staff and how they treat customers and how they act. I am someone who suffers from anxiety. Its disappointing because I really love their ice cream

Ice cream was good, I won't lie. But the way they treated my fiance was uncalled for and for that reason we won't be back and I'll make sure all of my family and friends know.
This place is the most stingy uptight ice cream shop I have ever been to. I came here with my family and we all got the small little cups(6 of us) and I couldn’t decide between two flavors and I’m not huge on ice cream anyways so I wanted half a scoop of one flavor and half a scoop of another (.5+.5= 1 scoop) I asked and they very rudely told me NO, meanwhile the rest of my party got the same thing but all one flavor and TWO regular scoops in the same size cup, same price. It makes no sense, we will never come back and neither will anyone else I know ? It was ridiculous honestly and makes no sense. Im more than happy to pay extra but I just wanted a very small amount of ice cream but 2 flavors meanwhile they literally forced my aunt who asked for 1 scoop and they told her “no you have to get the regular amount (2.)” The younger blond girl was very nice but the older blond lady was really uptight.

A somewhat strange ice cream shop, the prices and the proportions don't seem fair to me, it needs a bit of lighting and the day we went there weren't many flavor options. I would give it a 5/10, maybe I can go to another location of theirs, which will surely be better.

Last night my husband and I went to Loveboat downtown. The staff was SO accommodating to our needs. Super helpful AND OH MY GOODNESS, the key lime pie ice cream is DEVINE.
