I went there this past Sunday I ordered fried chicken, a pork chop sandwich, Fried okra and some collard greens along with two lemonades. This is not a sit down restaurant everything's only to go. The bill about $26. I kept three dollars in the tip jar when I gave the order. We sat right in our car directly in front of the counter. We waited 55 minutes. Instead of fried chicken I was giving chicken wings I was giving GREEN sugar water that they called lemonade, yes it was green. There was no forks and knives and you can tell by the condition of the containers that they had been sitting there for a long time before we got served. We saw about eight people that came after us get the orders before it was handed to us. We wanted to support the small business community. I think this was a case of

The wings I ordered were good. I phoned ahead my order and still had to wait upon arrival. My order was repeated back to me and was correct. But the order I received wasn't. When I asked about the item I ordered, that was confirmed upon payment, but wasn't given, I was asked to pay more. Even though I had been charged for it. Again the food was good, but the service that would have kept me coming back, just wasn't there for me.

Customer service was horrible. Food wasn’t tasty. Called and ordered my food over the phone and had to sit almost an hour to receive my food in the blazing hot sun.

This place is A1 i came here for Lunch and on my way back to Fort Lauderdale i Tried a piece of the wings and fries and i tell u i couldn't let it wait i had to finish it right there and than. Amazing food and real good people. Definitely will bê going back if im back n FT Myers. They need to branch out to FT Lauderdale!

Called before I came to ensure they had the soul food I wanted. The person on the phone ASSURED me that they had soul food and told me what time they close. Told them I was otw, took 15-20 minutes. I get there to order and "soul food is sold out" highly dissapointed.
Lucy's catered food for my aunt's 60th birthday party and everything was amazing! I told her I live out of town and she was on it! She was very courteous and professional as well! Great customer service matters!Our party had close to 70 people coming into town and Lucy really came through. Everyone kept asking "who made the Macoroni and Cheese," and I definitely let them know.You must check out Lucy's Let's Eat!Thank you again Lucy for helping to make my aunt's party a success!

Tried for the first time and so sorry I waited this long. Everything was hot , fresh and delicious. My coworkers been telling me and I kept putting off and now that I know, I will be a regular. The mac and cheese is so good, and the smothered pork chops were as well. I can’t wait to start trying some of the other items. If you want good food, you should definitely give this place your business, you won’t be sorry.

If you haven't tried Lucy's you need too. It's off the path and with such low response rates from clientele you ma be hesitant but don't be. I'm new to town and coworkers have been telling me for months to try. I finally did and I'm going to be a regular now. I called in my order and got there paid and picked up quick, friendly service. I could smell the food right away and couldn't wait to get home and try. We did one fried pork chop plate and two smothered wit various sides. Everything was delicious. She's really created a unique food experience here as this is just what I've been Searching for . Coming from Texas the food is different here and ice had to search to find favorites. I'm glad to say that so far this place is top on my list for pickups . Try it.
