We ate here with friends recently and were happy to see them social distancing tables and using masks on the staff. We had a nice tall booth for our pandemic night out. And the food was much better than expected from what's called a pizza and grill spot. The chicken and veal entrees were delicious as was the traditional spaghetti with red sauce. While there was no early bird special the special of the day entree was superb......one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had.......called "Tia Nita's". We did get there in time for a happy hour discount on some drinks. But the overall atmosphere was fine and service was very attentive to our every need. And the chocolate cake dessert was to die for though I had to take home some leftover chicken to have room for dessert. So we'll be back to try other items. Maybe even the pizza is that good!

We are regular patrons who keep coming back. They have some of the best pizza and pasta we have ever had. Their service is also top notch. We will definitely be back!

This is not a pizza joint, although they serve great pizza. It was a sit down restaurant and there was also a bar. The menu had many choices of dinners and appetizers and pizza. We were wanting a seafood pizza and had searched this place out. The large pizza, probably 16 inch, was loaded generously with shrimp. Scallops, calamari and more. We chose a red sauce for it. Crust was perfect, not super thin or thick. We had a lot of leftovers that we ended up taking to the beach the next day in a cooler. Social distancing and masks were observed and seating was very safe. Antonio was our server and he was very good. You can totally tell the management is present and active here. It was a great meal and great experience. I highly recommend .

This restaurant provides some of the most unique dishes available in this the Fort Myers area. My wife enjoys the octopus they get from Portugal. The chefs at this restaurant prepare everything fresh when you either come to the restaurant and sit or call in for pickup.

As always, this is a classic restaurant. The owners are on staff, and love to stop and chat and ask how everything is....BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY CARE!! The food is fresh and the nice thing is the menu offers a lot of things you'll never really see in other restaurants. Everything is homemade on site. The desserts are to die for....best Tiramisu in Florida! And, their pizza is the best!! We are from Chicago...and the sausage pizza has just the right amount of "grease" that makes the hubby happy!! Nice quiet restaurant, lovely presentations, great attentive staff. Check the menu before you go to see if it's right for you or your family. Upscale, casual. Great bar offerings too. (I managed a restaurant in a hotel in Chicago...this place has got it together. )

Took out calamari, pizza, and a salad. Calamari over cooked and rubbery. Did not call them, knowing I would get another in a couple of days. Refrigerated calamari and returned to restaurant 4 days later for another pizza. Showed the calamari to manager and she took it into kitchen and returned with a cook who said there was nothing wrong and for calamari to be good it should be eaten within 10 minutes .If true it shouldn’t be on takeout menu. Takes me longer than 10 minutes to home. I feel that a credit or refund should have been issued. They just lost a customer.

Good food&service. Felt like grandma was in the kitchen. Gina the owner is a lovely women and Michelle our waitress was a doll. Very professional and on top of it all. Never did we feel like we were missing something on the table. I was a waitor myself in NYC and I feel that Michelle can work at a 5star fine dine wherever. This is a Ft. Myers gem for sure. If you don't like it get yourself checked out.

Love Luigina’s since the opening. It is my go-to local restaurant for Portuguese dishes, wine, pizza, and everything else. Service is great. Ownership is attentive to their guests. Your dining experience with them truly matters. Enjoy!

A very nice combination menu of Italian, American and Portugal- can taste the quality of good ingredients. Absolutely one of the better pizzas and calamari in the area. Calamari cooked to perfection, crunchy coating not greasy. Pizza crust flavorful and house made garlic aioli complements nicely. Lamp chops presented beautifully and unique tasty Jack Daniel's sauce was mopped up with bread to the last drop. Warm pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely be returning!

We placed a large takeout order from this restaurant the other night. Our friends had been there a few times before and thought it was very good. We ordered several different entrees, both Portuguese and Italian. The food was ready in a very timely fashion and we drove up to the restaurant and they brought it right to our car wearing masks. Everything was quite delicious and well prepared. I have not been to this restaurant for in restaurant dining, but would highly recommend it since the food and service we received were great.

My husband and I, along with another couple decided to give this place a try. We ran into some issues during the visit. The calamari was so overcooked we couldn't eat it. The manager came to the table, apologize, removed it from the check and we moved on...no big deal-it happens. When dinner came everyone was served but me. Again, the manger came to the table and apologize. She said the chef was not happy with the way it came out and wanted to make a fresh order! Now, most people would be frustrated by this...I was not. If the chef doesn't like the outcome it is their job to send out items that they would eat. If a new order needs to be done- do it. MY FOOD WAS AWESOME!!!!!! We all enjoyed our meals. The service was truly the best I have had since we moved here 2 years ago! I am writing this review now because we are headed back there again tonight. Sometimes restaurants or any business for that matter have issues along the way- they all do. It is how they are handled and what is done to overcome them that sets them apart from the rest. While the visit wasn't perfect...the food was great, the service was great and we are headed back!

Such a gem!!! The Portuguese food was so good and that's coming from a Portuguese girl. So happy to have found this place and will definitely go back. My husband had the octopus and I had the codfish (bacalhau) -both were delicious! And we got served real homemade baked Portuguese bread (papo secos) with our meal.

Been wanting to try this place since it opened 4 years ago but due to other new restaurants I wanna try this was got put to the side.Anyway, after I ate there I understood why it got put to the side. The food was ok, nothing fancy nor ordinary. Octopus salad just like any other places. Never had Portuguese paella, the waitress warned us that it's different than Spanish paella so I was not surprised it was soupy/liquid than Spanish. Would I order it again "no"... Pizza was a disappointment too. Way too soggy in the center and crust was sorta like cardboard. I luv thin crust but this one had no elasticity jus dry n thin.If you've read my other reviews you'd know I'm very picky as I'm a decent cook so for me to pay triple what I can make at home it has to be really good. Anyway, my friend gave a 5 stars so try it out, it's local plus service was really good.

After reading the wonderful reviews of Luigianas we decided to try it out for my husband's birthday dinner. We were very impressed! The pizza was phenomenal! Best we have had in a long time. We were given a sample of the marina sauce and I cannot wait to go back and have some more of it! We finished the evening up with a piece of the Italian lemon creme cake which was heavenly!! Excellent food and service from everyone in the restaurant!
