We enjoy and appreciate Lynx, but we find the service is all over the place. The servers themselves are good. But many times the appetizers, salad, and main meal come out all at the same time. Weird. While we are eating our salad, everything else gets cold. There is not enough space on the table for this jumble of food. It feels chaotic and rushed. Then it takes forever to get the check as the server disappears.
Also the inside is gorgeous. However, the music and conversation is so loud inside, patrons can't visit. There is no need for the music. Then the indoor sound system is connected to the lovely outdoor area...so the music is super loud outside too. Honestly, get rid of the music. It's fun and funky but not conducive to dinner conversations.
The food is eclectic and fun.
The drinks are not great pours. It seemed we were charged $2 ,more if we ordered on the rocks. Plus, we were charged 4%, I think, for using our credit card. All turn-offs.
Too bad, because the food is good.

We come here often and love it. Although today was different, and I am not the type to ever get offended or upset. As we walked in, we then got greatest with a hello, how are you and I responded with a we are great, and said there was 3 (to be seated), because a couple walked in behind us. I was giving a disrespectful response as um okay and eye roll by the manager. I seen and said, I'm sorry I did say I said we were great. She then sat us with an attitude the whole time, said the waitress would get our drinks, but then proceeded to the couple and got their drinks right away. Not sure if she is having a bad day, but her attitude was uncalled for.

This review is for their to-go service. We have ordered from Lynq 4x in the last 2 weeks, and each time they have left out an entire food item. Even after driving back up to grab the missing items 4x in 2 weeks, management has offered no compensation for our continued wasted time and frustration.
