Food wasn't bad (chicken and shrimp). Staff was horrible though! Poor girl was training on the cash register and the manager just kept standing over her and making rude comments without helping her. Food was ready and had to ask for our drink because we were never given it. Manager questioned that we order a large vs a medium and demanded receipt while asking girl what we ordered. Nice to hassle your customers even after you've kept them waiting. Now hiring sign out front should say for managers too because you definitely need a new one!

Very sad Emily was very rude and things advertise were un available. All people working were speaking spanish to each other this is America.
Gross gross gross thought they made things fresh and lady didn't care when we said it was not fresh meat was tough and charred... veggies weren't even cooked...and rice was old mixed with new worst mall food court food ever!!!! Shoulda went to subway....

Chicken was good. Shrimp was chewy and tiny. Noodles were fine. Service was awful. They were very unorganized and I kept having to tell them what I ordered cuz they weren't sure based on their toothpick system.

Really great lunch. I got the chicken teriyaki with rice and veggies. It was delicious. Plenty of rice, and chicken with some peas, carrots, broccoli, cabbage etc., tossed in for good measure. That and a bottled water came to 8.28 so no complaints on the food or price. Customer service was good also. Considering this is a mall counter service place I was surprised. So four stars it's striving to and then achieving amongst the jungle that is mall restaurants.

Surprisingly good teriyaki chicken and shrimp at a very reasonable price. Had the managers special $6.99 and came with choice of white or fried rice and steamed vegetables. Would definitely eat here again. Refills on drinks are 50 cents.
