9 pm on a Monday night, we are both regular customers and had not been back since the refurbishing of the place. We just wanted to get a drink and as we arrived the waitress looked at her watch and sighed. Tried to say hi twice, she never replied… Didn’t look at us once and threw the drinks menus at us. At that point, we just stood up and left the place… As we were leaving, another staff member did not even bat an eyelid and no greeting, no nothing… If you are the owner and read this, do yourself a favor and have a word with the waitress with brown hair and glasses, and your staff in general. This is beyond unacceptable.

Visited Mastello for the first time during a spring break trip to Fort Myers. We were blown away by the quality, the service, the atmosphere, and the food! Can easily say my steak was the best I've ever had without question. Our server, Lexi, was so pleasant, she made our special night even more enjoyable. Would totally recommend Mastello for a great dinner.

My husband and I had a wonderful quiet dinner here after my first physio appointment for a car crash I was in . They were very accommodating to me and I am very grateful . They seated us in a quiet part and the waiter was very attentive. The food was outstanding . We shared a wedge salad (it is huge !) and we each had a steak dinner . We shared a tiramisu for dessert and everything was delicious . I highly recommend this restaurant and I look forward to going back on our anniversary. Thank you so much Mastello's for a lovely dinner !

Handy location to the Barbara B. Mann theater. Excellent food and service. Veal chop was very good, scallops were the best my wife has ever had! Most enjoyable meal. PS - the Mascarpone and Espresso crème brûlée is really tasty!

First time eating here. We were greeted by a very friendly young g woman who brought us to our table immediately. Wait time negligible for drinks. Our waiter Jay was fantastic, made several recommendations which we took and were delighted. We had the scallops with risotto and the salmon with penne. Both generous portions (but not too much) and cooked to perfection. Wonderful Pinot noir wine and classy old fashioned delightful. Finished up with the cheesecake with berry oculi's and tiramisu, both yummy. I'll go back!

My waiter (Ben) was efficient, attentive, and very personable. The food was as good as usual, Which means it was exceptional as always. I would highly recommend Mastello's

Our group of 8 visited before heading to see “To Kill A Mockingbird” at BBM. Our server was attentive, making sure we enjoyed our meal, didn't feel rushed, but still made the show with plenty of time!

We chose to sit outside and it was a bit chilly so not their fault. They did have those portable heaters but it was too far from our table to make a difference. The wait staff was wonderfully attentive, helpful, offering suggestions and checked in frequently. I wanted my husband to order the steak but he just couldn't bring himself to order a $55 steak. So he had the chicken marsala which was very good and I had the gnocchi alla vodka but I enjoyed.

Pastas were very good however the supposed 30 day aged steak was very tough and chewy. Not worth the money. It's a nice place but a little on the cold gray side for an Italian restaurant.

Our server and the Service was absolutely wonderful. Though it is an Overpriced restaurant with the food just being ok. Loud in the large dining room, they need to work on the acoustics.

We enjoy it but I just think the food is a little overpriced. Specifically the steaks. Had the wagyu ribeye and it tasted like any old ribeye. An actual wagyu melts in your mouth. This was no where near that taste. Otherwise we enjoy coming there. Service wasn't the best last time. Took forever to get a drink. Seems like a missed sale for not asking if we wanted a nice red wine with such an expensive steak. Instead the waiter didn't come until we were already eating the steak before it got cold.

Food was good. Service was poor and dessert was average. Not worth the wait . Had a 5:15 reservation and did not get out of there until 8:15 with 4 people. May try it one more time, maybe.
