Was over charged for 2 of the same food and argued with me when I wanted a refund. Will never go back. A friend said they are way too expensive and she will not go back either.

Half a rueben and some potato soup was pretty good.

This place has absolutely gone downhill in the last year.

This location has gotten worse. It's really a roulette to what you'll get... But it more than likely will not be what you ordered.

20 min wait for food ordered inside. Most tables are dirty. This place needs help.

We ordered a team lunch from McAlister’s and did a pickup order. The process was seamless and the cashier behind the counter assisted me to my truck with our lunch order! Definitely order team lunches again!

Never have I seen the dining room so unkempt. Hard to find a clean table.
Was in line when the only person taking orders asked to go on break. Thank goodness someone else stepped in.

Awesome food, tons of options, and they are super quick even in the lunch rush with a pretty full restaurant.

Food is great, but every time I order delivery - they forget to pack the god damn pickles that come with the order that I payed for. 2 out of 8 times I only got my pickles. At this point you owe me a jar of pickles seriously 😒 get your shit together.

Mold on the ceiling. Waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches at 1pm on a Saturday and it wasn’t even that busy- not sure why when nothing really needs to be cooked- it’s all deli meat. $30 for two sandwiches and chips, people who ordered 10-15 minutes after us getting their food before us. Will never come here again. Most of the tables around us were dirty and not being cleaned up.

This McAllister at the forum is our favorite. The staff is always top tier and very polite. The service is always great. The food is top tier mcalisters cuisine. My favorite is the jalapeño turkey crunch but another favorite is the southwest chicken sandwich. If you’re into Reuben’s or pastrami try the New Yorker or the Reuben. We are weekly customers!

Found black hair in my broccoli cheddar soup, took the soup with the hair hanging off the spoon to the counter and showed it to the girl taking orders, she took soup to kitchen and said she would get manager. Manager comes out with the soup and was mixing it up and told me it was cheese then asked if the hair was white (I’m blond), I told her that it was a black hair not cheese unless they use black cheese in their soup. She offered me another soup, I declined. Will never eat there again. You don’t argue with a customer, you apologize and offer a refund.

Nice and clean restaurant serving deli style food. Host/cashier was very attentive and helpful. We like the displays introducing the specials. It took about 20 minutes for our meals. The grilled cheese sandwich was burnt (as you can see in the photo). The Savannah Chopped salad was very good though. Prices were reasonable and portion size was good. Lots of parking and lots of indoor and outdoor seating.
