The trans they have working at the window dropped my atm card. I had to reposition my vehicle get out and hand it to them. I noticed a quarter and a nickel on the ground that obviously went to the Ronald McDonald fund box. This cashier claimed it was theirs. I reported this to the manager. An employee stealing from the donation box is as low as it gets. I will be going to a different McDonalds from now on.

Do not go here! Take the extra drive a little north or a little south and get people who are competent to do their job. I was forced after having major surgery to into the counter to pick up my app order. Even though I set it for drive thru. Just to be sitting there for 25 mins with them talking about how many Oreos belong in their McFlurry and then to tell the only person working to put ice on the machine in the lobby! Then there wasn’t one thing right about the order. And after using the excuse they were waiting for fries, they left out an entire fry order. The little white woman manager is a joke! And extremely unprofessional. She was talking about me right in front of me to con workers. I wish I wasn’t medicated and would’ve recorded the interaction because this entire ordeal gave me a reason to pray for society!

It happened at 11 at night and the manager gave us terrible attention, making us go around twice to get back in line to wait for the food instead of letting us park, we asked for snow and she never gave it to us, she just closed the window, annoying, I think she doesn't like her job

Wemt through drive thru, ordered 1 bacon egg n cheese biscuit was told it would b a minute and it was wayyy longer then when I received it the biscuit was not cooked all the way through. Very disappointed

This store was a mess. We ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins. The package was right, but inside was egg, ham, and cheese. We were the only ones in line. Did not realize their mistake until we got home. Went back at 11:20, and they said they couldn't redo the order because they put the breakfast stuff was put away. Even though the breakfast cutoff is 11 am. We were tgere at 11:15...WTF? Is there a time lock vault with sausage in it? Plus, when we went back in, they ignored us for 15 minutes. Tried calling..no answer. Tried calling corporate and disconnected. GO MCDONALD'S!

It was ok there was a spill on the floor where I was it took them almost 20 minutes to get to it took the manager or was in charge with a yellow vest to damand the cleaner to without saying please or thank you being in charge or something she should've grabbed the mop
