This is the best McDonalds I have ever been to. Great service; very clean, friendly, and attentive. I don’t know how but one time they gave me a McFlurry that tasted like heaven, almost like a custard. 10/10

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!! They are thieves!! Picked up an order. Got home. Was missing half the order. Tried to call and their phone doesn’t even work. They will steal from you and don’t care enough to even have a working phone. Will be contacting corporate about this franchise location

The prices are through the roof. A medium Dr Pepper and medium fries came to $6.48. That’s ridiculous in my opinion.

Stop hiring people with no communication skills! Went next door to Burger King and was treated like a human being not a customer… “Good morning” goes a long way! Sat in my car in the rain waiting for a response after the prerecorded clip. The little girl this morning needs to speak up, she should be fired.

There is Hope! We came through the drive thru with a pretty big order for 4 people.. Hope was at the drive thru window and she was really patient as we tried to order and then we changed some of order at the last minute. She's awesome, she was quick and got it all done with amazing patience and with a smile on her face!

I ordered a double fish fillet sandwich 2/13/24 at 4:00 PM. Had to park for five minutes. Halfway down Cleveland I go to take a bite and decide to open the sandwich to take a look….and I have A penny size squirt of tartar sauce. come on McDonald’s your employees are making 20.00 an hour. I think try to call the number and the voicemails are full at the McDonald’s. I can’t even contact the store. I expect better.

I ordered a filet of fish and a small fry. The bag of fries could have been filled up better.The filet of fish was hot, tasted just okay, but only had a very sparse amount of tartat sauce. As for the size, the filet was so small that I think I've seen postage stamps larger. In all, I paid over $7. dollars for a poor meal. I justified my purchase as a cost of education. I won't be ordering that again. It will be a while before I succumb to turning g into the Golden Arches again.

Way busy, both drive throughs, and only one line open inside, i guess if you have cash and don't want to use a kiosk just hang out and we'll get with you when we get around to it, oh yeah and I'm only going to check to see if anybody is waiting at the register once every 5/10min. you have time, and i don't care is there moto?

I typically go into McDonald's ready to be disappointed, however, this is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. This McDonald's makes me want to drive past the 30 min of McDonald's from my apartment. The buns were fresh and fluffy, not squished and oily. The patties were seasoned and fresh. The fries were so hot and perfectly crispy. The service from both employees in the drive-through was excellent. The guy taking our order was patient, polite, and informative. Both employees were professional and unlike most McDonald's', they didn't seem like they hated their jobs ha! My husband called it the "perfect McDonald's experience". Officially the first fast-food place saved to my Google maps.
