I placed my order and had my card charged at 1311. I ordered a box of cookies. it takes 25 min to bake them, at 1400 I went in and asked where my food was, was told that they are short staffed. a girl came out and said they were still waiting on my cookies and I asked if it only takes 25 min what is taking so long. she told me were short staffed deal with it. Through the week the staff is great! They know me when I come through the drive thru in the morning. Today was another story. Sitting in the line for a very long time. The car in front of me had one small bag of food. I'm sitting in my car complaining to myself in disbelief that it took so long for a small bag.
