Rude walkin service. No smile, ‘Welcome’ or ‘Good Morning’ when ordering … just ‘Next’. No ‘you’re welcome’ to my Thank you after ordering or when I received order. This was not at a busy time. Gives McDonalds a bad image. Many other restaurants to choose from next door. They’ll be my choice next time.

Service was ok. Soda stations were messy and dirty. Drink cups were all unorganized and hars to find what you needed.

BEWARE: this location does whatever it wants regardless of the information posted online or in the app. Perhaps, you should update the info on the app and online.

According to the woman at 3:30 a.m., as of February 8th, 2025, they stop serving dinner at 3 a.m.

The app however and online claims they serve dinner until 3:59 a.m.

That is a whole hour difference and a straight up lie, misleading, waste of time. I had already placed my order at 3:35 for just nuggets, fries and a drink and already paid. I got there five minutes later (still within the time-frame). The lady at the window says, "No, we don't serve lunch now. We're only doing breakfast." I said, "I already paid for dinner items through the app and it says until 3:59 a.m." She claimed, "It'll refund you." I said, "Are you sure?" She said, "Yes, because I haven't pulled it from the system."

Low and behold, I go back on the app and canceled the order and only then I would have gotten the refund. She never mentioned that and she is a liar because why did the app say I had until that time to place a dinner item order? It allowed me to pick these items to order and then I completely wasted my time to go there for her to tell me something completely different than the app. Why don't you update the app to tell us what the real details are so that people don't waste their time. Two other people ahead of me, drove off mad too. Seems like she is just doing what she wants rather than going by the posted hours for meal times. I am fuming angry because they also would have stolen my money as I never would have gotten the refund if I went by her misinformation. STOP LYING TO PEOPLE AND WASTING THEIR TIME.

Plus, you can only use their drive-thru at this time, but the entire thing is "under construction" so when you go to the first window, there is a note saying Honk for service with a smiley face. Then when you do a light honk, it is the complete opposite. The miserable lady comes up visibly annoyed that you honked... even though how the heck are you supposed to get someone's attention when there were no employees to be seen through the window.

The workers are so slow. You got to repeat what you want. They took 30 minutes to make a singular McChiken. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!

Best fries, best food.. cooked perfectly pretty much every time. I love that they make their fries just a bit crunchier... they stay that way longer instead of getting soft and soggy like other mcdonalds around. I come here every single time. Plus their manager is the bomb at shakes.. and makes it perfect every single time. I'll always recommend this place over any other!

This is the only McDonalds will cancel your mobile order at will and then lie to your face as to why they did it after charging you and then tell you it will be refunded in 7 days. (twice now)

I was disappointed with my recent drive-through experience. I believe it's unfair that a six-piece nugget order only includes one sauce, especially since they charge extra for additional sauces. I received one sauce with a four-piece order, so I feel that two sauces should be included with six pieces, three with ten, and so on. One sauce is insufficient for six nuggets. I think McDonald's should reconsider their sauce policy and provide a more appropriate number of sauces based on order size without charging extra.
