Food is alright, never going to this location again. They do NOT know how to manage their drive-thru. I was told to pull over due to the wait on fries. I saw 6 cars after me get their food, but I still waited (10min) before going inside. They didn’t apologized or even explain why it took long. Just trying to save you some time
AND by the time I went home (had to come back to edit this review), my fries weren’t fresh. Just want to save your time.

I ordered two days ago, April 30th, and saw that the chocolate chip frappe is back with a twist so I decided to add it to my meal. At the second window the lady gave me my order and when she handed me the frappe I just looked at it kind of confused. It just looked like a regular frappe with a few chocolate chips on top. So I asked her isn’t it supposed to have chips inside? And she argued with me that it’s just half mocha and half caramel without chips. So I showed her the picture in the app looks like it had chips and she continued to argue that it didn’t and she works here so she would know. OKAY. I just find it funny how the McDonald’s near my house gave my niece the Hershey frappe and it had chips inside. I just visited the McDonald’s off Cleveland and Crystal Dr and they ALSO served me a hersheys chocolate chip frappe with chips inside. Is that girl sure she works there? Because I’m not an employee but chips in a chocolate chip frappe is kinda just common sense no?

Store could not make a strawberry shake for us due to a broken machine. Older woman on the drive through window made us feel like it was our fault they had a broken machine. She then grumbled about having to give a refund because I ordered through their app. After some running around inside, they told us to park. A few minutes later, she came outside, slapped down cash, and had the most insincere thank you for our patience greeting in the history of McDonalds ever. We won't be coming back here.

I received the wrong order for my grandchildren—an order they paid for with their hard-earned money. It looked like the stickers were placed on the wrong bags. I tried calling immediately, but no one answered, and I had to leave for work. I let my grandchildren know I’d try again soon.

Unfortunately, I work long hours—often up to 16 hours a day—so it was nearly a week before I had another chance to call. When I finally did, no one answered again. I waited a few hours and tried a third time. Someone finally picked up, but instead of help, I was met with questions about why I didn’t call sooner.

When I went to pick up the corrected order, the employee was yelling, throwing her arms up at me, and refused to replace the fries. I told her there was no need to be rude—it wasn’t my fault I’d had a bad connection with the manager earlier, and I wasn’t about to argue over fries. That’s just ridiculous. Yet she kept raising her voice and acting aggressively, like she was ready to fight me.

I will never return to that McDonald’s. This isn’t the first time I’ve been treated poorly there. On a previous visit, I had to return food because the bagel had blue mold on it.

Do they honestly think I’d make up a story over chicken nuggets and fries? I even stopped by once in between calls but was so exhausted I forgot to bring it up. And now, I'm essentially being called a liar?

They can keep their nasty attitudes. I don’t have time to deal with businesses that treat paying customers like garbage. Honestly, we should’ve just asked for a refund instead of replacement food.

I am always greeted with a smile and positive attitude at this McDonald’s.

Shittiest service, took me 35 minutes to get my food in the drive through, food was all squished, fries half way filled, then I had to wait an additional 30 minutes inside for a chicken sandwich they forgot. This is no FastFood Place… you need at least an hour to wait in line…. Ridiculous. Staff is super rude.

Homeless are always lingering around the place, in the bushes and sidewalk out front. Numerous shopping carts from Walmart are now piling up. Not a very welcoming environment 😕

Mcdonalds has to realize that customer service goes down when they replace human cashiers with machines. Stop doing this just to cut back on expenditures. Maybe you should give your patrons 15% discount for using your machines!

The girl at the front Leslie that was serving our food at the drive-through seems to simply not care. If you don’t want to work at McDonald’s, then get a job and do something with your life. But if you’re gonna work at McDonald’s then at least do with joy as it’s your only job.

When I used to work in fast food, I pretended like I was working at a high-end restaurant and I would enjoy my job and always treat people with care. Just seems like this McDonald’s doesn’t care

SERVICES 100% lacking management. Prices $1 to $2 more than other local McDonald's. My order was given to another table. Luckily the person realized it was the wrong order can brought it back to the counter. She order after me and remembered my order asked if this was mine. Thank you for honest people. After eating the cold egg went to wash up. Bathroom was disgusting. Raw sewer gas smell back half of the building 10x worse in the men's room. WILL NOT BE BACK.

To start they parked my husband in the drive through for a big breakfast , no other customers in drive through and inside was not busy. They also gave us the wrong breakfast sandwich and my hot mocha tasted like coffee and a ton of creamer.
