Store could not make a strawberry shake for us due to a broken machine. Older woman on the drive through window made us feel like it was our fault they had a broken machine. She then grumbled about having to give a refund because I ordered through their app. After some running around inside, they told us to park. Mcdonalds has to realize that customer service goes down when they replace human cashiers with machines. Stop doing this just to cut back on expenditures. Maybe you should give your patrons 15% discount for using your machines!
