I would give 0 stars if I could. They dropped one of the happy meals and my daughter who is handicapped had to try to open the door of the car to get it. Then they handed her the drinks and when she got it, it spilled all over the inside and outside of the car! She asked if she could get a refill and the idiot said “No, you spilled it”. When my daughter said you get free refills inside the mcidiot said “too bad you’re not inside”. No offer to help, no “gee I’m sorry let me help you”, just rude and no offer to replace anything! The food…. One cheeseburger happy meal had no pickles and was covered in black pepper. The kiddy French fries had no salt but the regular French fries had so much salt that you couldn’t eat them. My daughter was picking this up to bring to my husband who is in the hospital so it wasn’t like she could waste time turning around. The absolute worst!

This McDonald’s is always the greatest. I come here in the middle of the day or dead of night and the food and the service is always top notch. Truly an excellent testament to the quality of food and employees McDonald’s is known for. A+ every time

The service was absolutely terrible and it was coming from a manager pretty sure she was Asian that has no clue what she’s doing we were missing one of our hashbrowns and it was on the receipt and all show her my receipt and she was acting like she genuinely didnt know how to read arguing ab the hash brown when it was in my receipt and in hers she was incredibly disrespectful and close the window shut once she finish arguing I got to work late because she didn’t give me what I paid for costumer service terrible

This was the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. We are from Canada and my daughter-in-law ordered a crispy chicken and it came just as a piece of chicken o n a bun. When she went in to inquire she was told that if she wanted anything on it she should have ordered a deluxe. The staff including the manager were rude and acted as if she had put them out. This isn’t the first time we have had bad service at a McDonald’s in the U.S. I guess it’s hard to find staff including managers that possess people skills!
