The managers and the lady in charge during the day it’s been rude to the workers and make second face to the clients she acts like I don’t know how bad she treats her workers there’s times I’m there and the kitchen still not complete in orders I writing this because I have my cousin working there she got fired because the manager its too damn strict and I asked for her number but my cousin didn’t wanna have any trouble of losing her job now I feel like she was scare of this people so please fire this woman and the manager how you got gay people working there ? And I understand they are good I won’t write this up but they rude to the workers and act nice to the clients it’s not fair be nice to everyone and the job will be complete and everyone will be happy her name is Ana please this woman is not nice she’s the worst I worn come by to this mc Donald anymore until she’s gone

I put in a mobile order and came to pick it up in which they told me they didn’t have it. I walked inside the store and showed that i got the receipt and was charged on my bank app, but yet they still told me it never went through and looked at me like i was crazy. they did nothing to help or even thought to themselves like “oh he has the receipt and was charged, let’s make it for him” but like this place doesn’t do anything for their customers right?

The employees are really nice but it took way too long. I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and it had no bacon. The fries were cold and no salt. They also gave me none of the sauces I ordered. I work in fast food this is really unacceptable especially since I didn’t get the things I paid for

I’ve never experienced a restaurant that gets orders wrong as frequently as this McDonald’s. At least one out of every three visits, my mobile order is incorrect—whether it's missing items or receiving the wrong food.
For example, today I ordered a frappe, a steak bagel, and two burritos with hot picante sauce. I only received the steak bagel and one burrito. They forgot a burrito, the picante sauce, and my frappe. I caught the missing frappe as she handed me my food, but I didn’t realize the burrito was missing until I got home, forcing me to drive back.
This isn’t a one-time issue. A couple of orders ago, I ordered a steak bagel and was given a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit instead. It feels like the employees just toss random items in the bag and hand it out, hoping customers won’t notice. The lack of attention to detail is beyond frustrating. Get it together!

The no hello no goodbye no this is your price only mumbles and purposely getting order wrong makes me uncomfortable I ordered a mcrib no onions came on screen no onions this is what I got.

Don’t come here! Take the 5 min drive down the road to the other one. Placed an a curbside order while I was parked in the parking lot at 10ish, waited 20 mins finally gave up on it and went to the window only to the some nasty rude older lady (the Spanish manger with eyeliner) say no they have no orders. Showed her my phone with the address and order of my order she still didn’t care or even check for my order. Very rude and nasty while she was telling us as well, only to walk inside the store a min later and see my curbside sitting on the counter. When asked about it she snaps back “well that was a curbside order not online”. Food was cold and my large fry was almost empty. Just because you work at McDonalds doesn’t mean you don’t care about your job or customers service, just a horrible experience here. When you’re in your late 40s you should know how to AT LEAST read correctly and hand out an order. Saw 3 place orders and get their food before me wasn’t like it was even busy.
