This is by far the worse McDonald’s around.the customer service is horrible. Food is horrible. The kids that they hire do not care about their job. They can’t get an order right. They ask what sauce you want and throw the wrong ones in the bag. Sprite comes out as soda water. Got a side of Mac sauce and there was hair in it. If the franchise owner reads these I hope that we can get in touch. If you would like to contact me privately we can set that up. I can understand the kind of embarrassment you may have from owning this store. I would love to buy this franchise from you so the people in this area can have a decent McDonald’s around because this store is ran poorly. I live down the road and it is the only quick late night meal around. Hopefully we can do something to fix this.

Absolutely slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. I went inside and the lady at the cash register ran out of cash and the manager refused to listen to the lady which caused everyone inside to have to wait for 30+min. I ended up leaving and not receiving the mobile order I had already payed for on my phone, because this long wait had made me late for work.

My husband said it best when he said this is the most poorly run business he's ever seen in his 62 years. So many different things were going wrong at the same time that the inexperienced management were like they were in quicksand... could not even figure out how to open the cash drawer to give me correct change. Could not google the answer nor phone a friend. We literally had to wait for the next cash paying customer to Crack that cash drawer open.

I ordered a whole meal including 2 McDonald’s chickens and 4 apple pies and 3 small fries and which I only go two of the item I have ordered so I feel that I paid for a meal that I didn’t even receive.

They're getting much better with getting our orders right at the drive thru. Their store is clean on the inside. The reason why they got a 4-star review is because their frappuccino machine is out all the time. Other than that they have good workers and good service.Vegetarian options: They have salads, you could always request and have them make you a vegetable sandwich.Kid-friendliness: Their signature toy that comes with the Happy meal. The inside of the place is designed for children.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking and the entrance is flat so that you don't have to step up to enter the building.

Horrible drive-thru experience. Didn’t get everything that I had ordered and when the manager checked my receipt she said I hadn’t paid for it. I understand mistakes happen so I said no problem…I’ll pay for the item! NOPE she told me I had to go all the way around again in the drive-thru, even though I had just paid her at that window??? What’s the difference!? The amount of time she spent arguing with me over customer service she could have made the damn drink! But instead she brought in another employee to argue with me and demand I go around the drive-thru again. Disgusting service, but who can blame them with disgusting role models/management. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Manager needs to learn customer service…. I’m appalled at the way I was spoken to by management. I ordered 3 iced coffees and was told I only ordered 2…… manager told me to PULL AROUND AND GET BACK IN LINE. Horrible service.

This location has its days. But I would say 5% of the time the food is nice and fresh but the remaining of 95% the food is wack. Fries are recooked looking soggy. Also, when asking for sauce they have the audacity to try and charge you for sauce when you’ve bought 5-6 burgers. They need to work on food control and better service.
