Very bad customer service, if any. No one come to attend lobby counter, seems as if there only focused on drive thru and no employee dares to look at you they go right past without looking or aknowlwding lobby full of customers. I had to speak up and say excuse me 3 times before the evening Manager looks up as if she just realized theres a line of customers. I asked for my mobile order and she asked another worker, he said he was not working on it and they both continued what they were doing. After 15 minutes waiting I left.

Worst drive thru ever. I only ordered 3 meals. They told me to pull up to the yellow line. 6 cars passed by, and I waited over 25 minutes to get my food. I think that is ridiculous and they need better management. I will no longer come to this McDonald's. I am wasting my time and family's time. Hire better staff smh.

This McDonald's is well located at Gulf Coast Town Center and was surprisingly super clean. It's hard to see it from the street because of the trees.
Wow. A brand new McD's. Pretty nice architecture. Nice layout. And that's about the end of the positives. No self service drinks (no refills) so go easy on the drink you ordered because once it's empty then you're out of luck. I got a table and ate inside. I placed my order through one of the kiosks because there was nobody behind the counter. I waited at least 10 minutes for my order. When I got it the burger was cold and the fries were cold. I wasn't about to send it back because who knew how long I'd have to wait? The employees mostly stood around with blank expressions on their faces, like they had absolutely no idea what they were doing, or why they were there (except the young girl on the fryolator, she actually seemed to know what her job was). The tables were filthy; I ended up ripping open my bag and eating my food off of it. Lots of customers sitting around waiting for their food. It was a very bad experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant. Do yourself a favor as well, stay away.

Oct 14,2024 This morning between 8:30 and 9:00 I went through the drive through at McDonalds at Gulf Coast Town Center, Ft Myers FL.
There was a poster displaying a special with Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, hash browns and an ice coffee. So when the intercom came on, I said I would try the special they had advertised out here on the poster. Again she asked what I wanted so I repeated it 3 or 4 times. Then she asked what kind of sandwich so I again said the B,E, &C like advertised on your special. Then she went quiet and I was waiting for her to give me my total. Finally, she came back on and asked me again what I wanted. By this time a line was forming and I said, you know what; let’s just forget it. Her response was, ok, good!
Will not return there any time soon!

I ordered a large fry and two large meals and she refused to give me a large fry once I got to the window. I am actually so incredibly upset right now because I paid for it and she tried to say I didn’t. I’m requesting a refund. This is upsetting because she yelled at me and was trying to make me wait in line again for one fry.
