McDonalds needs more employees here. 2 hamburgers and a fry and it took me 20 minutes. I know it's not there fault. Even when there are more experienced workers there, it's still is a little hectic. There have been more times but nothing to write about. They need more employees...period.

I ordered 2 sausage burrito meals. One with orange juice n one with iced coffee. I ordered 2 extra hashbrowns with the meals. I get the food n have to pull tp the side. I waited for the iced coffee for 15 minutes. The girl brought it out finally and i was like thanks now that my food is cold and the forgot a hashbrown. I like mcds breakfast but will go to burger king or dunkin donuts. This location is always super slow. I mean how long does it take to make an iced coffee. Went today and bought 2 for $5 quarter pounders and a fish sandwich. All 3 quarters pounders were raw and fish was cold. Politely told the manager I need them replaced and he caught an additude and stomped off. Shouldn't be a manager if he can't handle a customer's complaint with tact.

Waited 5 mins to be acknowledged when I was waiting to order my food. I asked about it and the cashier told me that is was usual and they don’t have enough employees ever working.

Like being at a assembly line .. only the customer is the one being processed.. no positive interaction of service staff with customers.. get it n get out .. not how ya wanna feel when eating ,,, fast food or not ! ..

If I ask for no onion on a burger I expect no onion. Its so simple. Honestly every time I go here my order is messed up. Wouldn’t recommend this certain McDonalds to anyone

Went through drive thru and wasn't able to get a Buffalo sauce for my fries because they charge now for it, but I can get ketchup. Would t come to this location again

I'm usually very happy with the service at this mcdonalds. I come here about 3-4 times a week. My wife sent me out for fries. Today was different. I ordered two mcdoubles plain with catsup. One came correctly. The other wrong. Angelina was unhappy. They made me wait through about 10 cars to bring my dr. Pepper. They forgot all three fries, however I had moved on to be courteous to the line behind me, and didnt find out until I got screamed at at home. I had to work this afternoon, and returned 3 hours later. They would not give me the fries I had ordered, nor would they look it up on my card. That was my last visit here. Customer service has gone down the tubes at the last good McDonalds location. I'll be disputing the charge with my card processor. They couldnt afford to pay my lost time.
