The morning staff that works here is HORRIBLE!! Instead of give me a moment it’s “one sec” and then they pull you up to the second window to wait for iced coffee at 6am!! No smiles, no have a good day, nothing!!! Yup I used my rewards to get a free coffee, but that’s not grounds to be rude!! And the girl that gave me my coffee her attitude WAS the WORST!! This isn’t my first encounter with her either but it will be the last cause I won’t go this location again. And I’m sure McDonalds is unfazed by the reviews because they do enough business at this location that one bad review won’t hurt!! There’s no customer service!! No niceness to any of them!!

Soft drinks are $1.00 more than other McDonald's in the area. I waited 7 minutes in the drive thru and I was the only customer. They never let you know what's going on. If I hadn't already paid in the app. I would have left.

The Cuban Spanish manager here is very mean and rude she gave us the wrong food twice I thought I was getting a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and was given a sausage biscuit dry as ever no cheese no egg rubbery and grose this has been multiple times with the same lady she is ruining this location and when we called in to speak with another manager she told us they weren't around and hung up on us worst service ever.....

Paid extra for cream and vanilla. Coffee tasted black🤮 after multiple failed attempts and a clear attitude from staff building, I asked for a refund to avoid further issues. Manager tells me they don’t refund, wish I’d gone anywhere else. What an experience.
Ordered 10-piece chicken nuggets with large fries and a large iced tea. When I got to the pickup window, she handed me the bag. I looked inside to find a burger and two large fries. Advised her that it was not my order and she quickly found my order and replaced it. Never got an apology for the mix-up. Not that I expected one. The food wasn't even warm it was more on the colder side. This location is in a very busy corner. I would have thought that food would be hot because it's constantly being cooked. I am not normally in this area, so I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

I know reviewing a McDonalds, but the early morning drive through staff are just great and really help start the day right. It is very rare I don't make a smoothie at home but some mornings it doesn't work out. This is my go to! 5 mins 2 sausage burritos under 5 bucks... done.
