Do not try to get food late at night after 9p. Usually they serve you cold buns and out of time chicken nuggets. Food is not fresh at all. Must ask cook to order and make sure it is when you receive it.
The food is delicious but the customer service is terrible. I forgot my number and asked an employee to help me and he left my food for about 10 minutes. I had to tell another employee to help me with my food that was already cold.
Food was hot and pretty good. Coffee however....first two ordered were given cold. The replacements around fove minutes later were given hot but then taste soapy and missed the sugar in husband's coffee.

This place is always clean, the service at the counter and drive through fast and efficient, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the food and coffee hot. This morning the gentleman who took my order at the counter was very nice and attentive. When he brought my small breakfast order out to my table he was exceptionally courteous and genuinely cared that I was well taken care of. I'll definitely continue patronizing this McDonald's location and recommend it highly.

I was passing by and a manager yelled at a Hispanic woman. I grabbed my food and turned around and asked a young woman who was charging in the back the name of who she yelled at a Hispanic woman. It was around 9:30 pm and the young woman who gave me the name was very attentive and I asked her for her name too, she told me her name was Paula, she is very attentive... but the one who yelled at the Hispanic woman is called Lashawn. This lady yelled at the Hispanic woman. I don't know what happened next, but Lashawn's attitude was very rude to the Hispanic woman. I feel sorry for her, how angry she was. I only asked for the name of the lady who yelled at the Hispanic woman. They should have more respect towards Hispanic people because they are the majority that work at McDonald's. I hope and never see people this rude to Hispanic people again.
