Ordered from DoorDash and missing a complete 20 piece chicken nuggets. Called the store and was told if I can come pick it up, clearly why I had it DoorDashed. Offered free extra fries and proceed to tell me “I have it sitting right here” and too contact my driver if they can go back to the store and have it delivered to me. Driver did a excellent job would of been great to have my food as ordered from this store.

My order is consistently wrong almost every other visit. The atmosphere is “just get the order out”-There is no customer service, not even from the manager when I returned. No apology, then asked if I’d like something else since they were in middle of changeover. I just asked for money back & still no apology.
Store is reasonably clean. Staff is inattentive and inaccurate with order taking. Food will come out quickly, but they will immediately turn away and leave the counter leaving you to try to get someone's attention for additional needs already requested (like ketchup or the sauce)
