This is my favorite location to go to for breakfast because I'm guaranteed to get a crispy hashbrown every time! I've never been served a soggy, soft, anemic brown. Curbside service is so fast and the staff is always kind.

McDonald's like many others need to realize Uber customers are paying customers, and the drivers are working just like the employees at McDonald's. So the Uber drivers do not appreciate being talked to with an attitude almost every time we go to McDonald's. The lady who was obviously really grumpy old and should not be up this early working at McDonald's at breakfast time was speaking to me at the drive-thru. I was trying to tell her I had an Uber order and she instantly snapped at me and said I told you drivers we don't have your order were doing breakfast and that's a dinner order, super rudely.. Okay well I have news for you as a driver, I have no idea what you said to any of the other drivers before me and if one of them didn't cancel it I have no idea. I get the order and I come to the restaurant to pick up the order and deliver it. I do not appreciate sarcastic smart ass attitude. So I finally get that order to cancel and I get another order but this time it's breakfast, and she said they're only doing breakfast, so I go back through the drive-thru and ask for this order and what do you know she snaps at me and says we don't have ANY Orders!! LISTEN MISERABLE LADY. I'M WORKING JUST LIKE YOU AND IF YOU CAN'T SAY NOTHING NICE DON'T SAY IT AT ALL AND IF YOU CAN'T BE HAPPY IN THE MORNINGS AT MCDONALD'S THEN MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T WORK AT MCDONALD'S IN THE MORNING.

As a running curiosity, I always go inside to order just to see how bad the service is and how dirty the dining area is. I'm extremely happy to say that this is one of the cleanest McDonalds I have been in! Usually staff will make me wait forever because their priority is the drive thru (even though I took the time to get out of my car and come inside) but I was pleasantly surprised that the staff came to take my order as soon as I came in. Although it didn't take them very long to get my order the cashier still apologized for my wait and she was very pleasant. I would definitely say this location does NOT conform to the low standards I've observed at many other locations. This location should serve as an example and a template for other locations to follow for cleanliness and superior customer service. The entire staff deserves a raise and Mc Donald's should be grateful for the employees at this location! They have made my day and given me hope there are people in this industry that still have pride in their work. Thank you!
This location manipulates 15-20 minute drive thru times by ignoring people at the window and routing people to parking spots after payment during morning commute times, this is unacceptable if you are commuting with a schedule

I stand and also observe others placing an order, as we stand and watch the workers do everything else to put orders together for the drive through. No one pays attention to the person standing there waiting to order. No looks, no, I'll be there in just a second. Nothing. It's Too long

Good overall experience however when I ordered at the kiosk, the end result and order number did not produce a receipt and system said 'see clerk for receipt'. Then it was confusion and dirty looks from the staff when I did not know my number. Kiosk should print all order numbers please. Easy fix.

A lot of waiting, bad attention. I ask for Spanish and they say there isn't any and at the end of so much waiting someone comes out speaking Spanish. So if there is there is and if there is there is no. And the ugliest thing that yelled at me was that Spanish was not
