Worst McDonalds in fort Myers if u wanna wait 10 mins just to order (when they barely even busy) then another 10 mins for u frozen food this is the perfect place to go. Employees are incompetent. Only does 3 cars orders then stops and the line don’t move. Worst McDonald’s location by far I try to avoid it at all cost

So frustrating that I place an order on the app. Just to go all the way to pick it up, just to be told that they can't make my order. That they're only serving breakfast, even though I ordered way before they started serving breakfast and went to the store to pick it up way before breakfast started and was told that it wasn't their problem.They just work there, and that they don't run the app. So immature. Especially the manager, who was no help, said the same thing that they don't run the app and that they are in breakfast. Fix your app and fix your staff. If you guys can't make an order have some common decency and call your guest before they drive all the way just to be told their order can't be made.

This McDonald’s is consistently terrible. The food is always wrong and the instructions are never followed. Literally ordered two sausage egg and cheese McMuffins and 2 hash browns and a large coffee… received a medium coffee and no hash browns and the sandwiches are cold and the egg is undercooked. Literally almost $6 for 2 hash browns on Uber Eats. The time before, charged for modifications but didn’t receive them. I live in the area and idk why I keep giving them a try. Going to start driving the extra mile to go to a different one. Absolutely disappointed.

This place is trash! Slow lazy people work nights. Sat in the drive threw for 9 mins.... No one took my order or even said anything.. YOU Guys ARE THE WORST it's 3 am and they say they are only serving breakfast but there is no breakfast menu till 5 am how broke is this dumpster fire of a store. Sounds like you just prepped 2 hours early. How do you sell food with no menu??

This is my favorite location to go to for breakfast because I'm guaranteed to get a crispy hashbrown every time! I've never been served a soggy, soft, anemic brown. Curbside service is so fast and the staff is always kind.

McDonald's like many others need to realize Uber customers are paying customers, and the drivers are working just like the employees at McDonald's. So the Uber drivers do not appreciate being talked to with an attitude almost every time we go to McDonald's. The lady who was obviously really grumpy old and should not be up this early working at McDonald's at breakfast time was speaking to me at the drive-thru. I was trying to tell her I had an Uber order and she instantly snapped at me and said I told you drivers we don't have your order were doing breakfast and that's a dinner order, super rudely.. Okay well I have news for you as a driver, I have no idea what you said to any of the other drivers before me and if one of them didn't cancel it I have no idea. I get the order and I come to the restaurant to pick up the order and deliver it. I do not appreciate sarcastic smart ass attitude. So I finally get that order to cancel and I get another order but this time it's breakfast, and she said they're only doing breakfast, so I go back through the drive-thru and ask for this order and what do you know she snaps at me and says we don't have ANY Orders!! LISTEN MISERABLE LADY. I'M WORKING JUST LIKE YOU AND IF YOU CAN'T SAY NOTHING NICE DON'T SAY IT AT ALL AND IF YOU CAN'T BE HAPPY IN THE MORNINGS AT MCDONALD'S THEN MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T WORK AT MCDONALD'S IN THE MORNING.
