I went to Miller’s to get my takeout order, and since my order was not ready to pick up, I decided to go have a drink at the bar. The bartender came up to me, and I asked for a water and a Tito‘s Cosmo he asked for my ID And he looked at it and he said he couldn’t accept my vertical ID. I was extremely confused when he refused my ID because I am 22 years old and have a real ID. He stated that there was an incident a few days ago and they no longer accept vertical IDs . I asked for a manager. The manager on duty was named Patrick and he couldn’t really explain why he couldn’t except my vertical ID and did not care. I have been to this Miller many times I would consider myself a loyal customer and I have never had a problem ordering a drink. This is not fair to younger guests who are legal to drink and still have vertical IDs.

Food is a step up from normal bar food. Staff is amazing. We have returned several times and will go back again. Their Mahi is good, and my husband loved the beef sandwich.
