Called to see if hat time kitchen closed. Some guy answered the phone and said verbatim “I’ll call you back” and hung up. I then called 3 times with no answers. Very unprofessional. We decided to go somewhere else.

Ordered delivery. They forgot the scallions, the extra ranch I paid for, the ranch that came with it was half empty, and the cheese wasn't melted, I had to microwave to melt. The quality has been decling for a while but this is the worst I've received. The only good thing is they actually provided a decent amount of food. A lot of times, it's half this amount

I have to give a big shout out to Miller’s Ale House Fort Myers. My husband and I were car shopping in the area and stopped by for a late lunch. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the most amazing host, Gary. Besides being very welcoming, he was absolutely hilarious. Our server was John and he was phenomenal, too. It turned out to be an unexpectedly awesome experience thanks to great employees like Gary and John. Check out Miller’s Ale House Fort Myers. You won’t be disappointed!

We visited last week. The wings are Awesome. We came back this week and had the same server. Her name was Chey. Even though it was our only second time here with her, she remembered us, asked us if we wanted the same order, and down to what flavored wings we each wanted and what side sauce we asked for last time. The food was still awesome but the fact that Chey remembered all of that, out of hundreds of customers in the last week is just Amazing. 5+ Stars.

Stopped in today for lunch for the 1st time in years and what a great experience! The moment we walked in we were greeted by a smiling, charming man named Gary! He had a great personality and funny jokes on top of it. Best host in town! Then came our server Susan, who was so sweet and didn't miss a thing when it came to taking care of our table. Amazing service, never needed a thing and even got drinks to go without asking. Definetly come here for a great time!

We like this place alot and are never in a hurry when we go there. They seem to always be short on help. During football season be prepared for a wait for a table. Aside from that you can't beat the place for good food, service and drinks.

Food was dry and took forever to come to the table which sucked but wasn’t the biggest issue. When we were seated we were put at a table that had a broken light over top of it. The light strobed the entire meal. We asked nicely to please be seated somewhere else due to my wife’s medical conditions, she sensitive to lights and strobing lights cause her to pass out. They said they couldn’t accommodate us although the entire other half of the restaurant was empty with open seating. She felt worse and worse throughout the date due to the strobing light and by the end of it was very sick and light headed eventually passing out on the way home. We don’t expect them to climb to the ceiling and fix the light for one party of people however as someone who’s worked in a restaurant before it’s common courtesy to move the party especially for a reason like this. As much as we loved millers before we unfortunately will no longer be returning after the way this visit went.
I had a pretty good time here, but the service was unfortunate a little bit slow because it was busy football season isn’t upon us after all the food was good and came out pretty fast no real complaints other than the speed of service would come here again
